Ordered take out. My Cantonese is lousy but managed to order ma po tofu, braised fish, salt pepper squid and fried green beans. Order was ready in 15 min, faster than my drive from NW Calgary. Noted our peanut allergy, assuring use of vegetable oil and only peanuts sprinkled at the end with ‘teng jai’ congee. Hot and fresh ingredients.
