The food is good and the service is okay, nothing special just pull up to the front n ask for what you want šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø atmosphere can be a bit annoying at times since it’s a mall food court but im giving them 2 stars because the coated proteins (ginger beef, sesame chicken, bbq chicken) barely have any protein in them while being mostly dough and the sweet coating. That’s a pretty common thing unfortunately though.

Very horrible meal. Tried here sometime last year and it was not so bad. Went back today and it was simply awful! Do not recommend this place at all

I don’t care if I come off as disrespectful — this place deserves it. I’m sick of this trashhole. About three years ago, I got food poisoning from eating here, and the Alberta Sanitary Agency slapped them with a hefty fine and shut them down temporarily to force them to meet Canadian health standards. Yet, here we are, years later, still dealing with the same disgusting conditions.

Today, on 2025-06-13, I decided to grab a bite at this ghetto Sunridge mall because I thought maybe the standards changed . Spoiler alert: m. After just two spoonfuls of their rice, I found a big, nasty bug in it. That’s right — bugs in the food! I immediately told the staff, and one lady hurried to give me my money back so no other customers would see the mess. Meanwhile, another staff member had the audacity to suggest that maybe I put the bug in the rice myself. Are you kidding me?

This place is a health hazard, and someone needs to investigate what they’re feeding us. At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re serving us rats, cats, and other disgusting pests. It’s unacceptable — enough is enough!

By far the best famous wok ive been to in all of Alberta. Super nice and happy service. Made recommendations and was a generous portion.

Quick and easy and they don’t secretly ask for tip when paying. I got the barbecue pork and chicken, and salt pepper fried chicken with Shanghai noodles. They stack it high and similarly priced to other similar stores like flaming wok in crossiron and the one in north hill.
Last time I came here it was mediocre but now it’s much better, maybe I got here at a better time… idk but it better than others. I paid about 15.99 for three items and It’s a good amount of food with a variety of options and flavours.
Mall is ok…

I came to the mall to run some errands and grab a quick bite to eat. I looked around and decided to go for Chinese food.

There were a decent amount of combos to choose from, so we opted for the 3 dishes plus noodles. We chose vermicelli noodles with chicken and mushrooms, roasted pork, and salt and pepper calamari. The service was fast, and the portions were generous.

The chicken and mushrooms were delicious, especially since I love mushrooms. The roasted pork was also good, but it wasn’t as warm as I’d have liked and a bit fatty. The salt and pepper calamari wasn’t too warm either, but it tasted good with a nice chew. The noodles were also good.

One negative aspect was that some of the dishes were a bit too greasy, which is something I’d expect from a Chinese restaurant, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Overall, I think it’s a okay deal for $16(no drink). You do get a lot of food, as it was enough for me and my wife to share.

Rice + Vegetables $12plus. What a rip off! This is definitely the priciest Oriental food i have ever had for just these 2 items. I've never paid more than $10 for this combo. Taste average. Won't bother coming back. Lots of other choices here.

Vegetarian options: Average taste but very pricey. Avoid if you are on a budget. Many other choices around.

I really got disappointed with the food flavor. Rice with no salt, chicken with only sweet topping. Really bad experience. Not recommended at all!
