I ordered a Combo C. It was good until I found a really long hair in one of the chickens...

Got Combo A. The “famous” chicken was mostly batter and barely any meat. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food is so delicious and the portion is very big for this price. The staff is very nice as well. You can ask for trying a bite before you place the order.

They got the best greasy mall chinese food. Its like a drug I cant stop coming back even though my doctor says I'm too fat.

My husband ordered two noodle soups (pork and chicken). Customer service was poor — he tried to get the cashier’s attention about four times just to place the order.
Some of the chicken pieces were burned and had a bitter taste because of it. The noodles and chicken had almost no flavor at all — no salt, pepper, or other seasoning. Why?
The pork was slightly better — not burned and had some taste — but still disappointing. Guys, please buy some salt or add more soy sauce!
One positive: the portions are large and filling. But that’s it. If you actually want to enjoy your food, you should definitely choose another place.

HUGE PORTIONS!
If you’re craving for greasy, cheap(er) chinese food, they are a go to. Either in store or online order from Uber, their portions are always huge. I never had a bad order from them. In-store, super friendly— Will even offer you samples. Online, danggg the box is just so heavy i can eat one order for 3 meals.
So i dont get the hate that they get lol if i want some nice, authentic chinese food, I would go to authentic chinese restaurants. You can’t expect michelin star quality food on a food court with the amount of money youre willing to spend.
Oh and they gave me a free spring roll. They are really super nice!

Breed brisket soup was too fatty, most of the meat was from fat, I had very bad stomach issues that evening.
Moreover, when I asked for spare bowl to share with my little daughter who suddenly wanted my soup they sold it for 1$ 😂
It is very funny- I bought food for 50$ and left 6$ tip and they still ask for 1$ for a plastic bowl!
You are way not client oriented

Terrible place to eat, slow, haphazard and has no idea who to serve to and when. Been waiting for over a few minutes with no greeting or any word at all. Super poor customer service skills, could just make a fridge stand there instead, would probably do a far better job.

Substantially better than Manchu Wok next door. The food is better, and the service is better. I cannot imagine how Manchu Wok has survived with Famous Wok right next door.
BBQ pork - or maybe I should call BBQ fat.
I ordered a Shanghai noodle with bbq pork, bbq chicken and famous chicken. The food is blend, like no taste. Shanghai noodle taste like soupy water.
In BBQ pork I couldn’t find meat, most of them is fat with bbq. I can tell you, cheaply made food for so much money. Not recommended at all.
