Terrible place to eat, slow, haphazard and has no idea who to serve to and when. Been waiting for over a few minutes with no greeting or any word at all. Super poor customer service skills, could just make a fridge stand there instead, would probably do a far better job.

Substantially better than Manchu Wok next door. The food is better, and the service is better. I cannot imagine how Manchu Wok has survived with Famous Wok right next door.

BBQ pork - or maybe I should call BBQ fat.
I ordered a Shanghai noodle with bbq pork, bbq chicken and famous chicken. The food is blend, like no taste. Shanghai noodle taste like soupy water. In BBQ pork I couldn’t find meat, most of them is fat with bbq. I can tell you, cheaply made food for so much money. Not recommended at all.

First and last time eating there. The food was lukewarm, watery, chicken balls as hard as a rock, Shanghai noodle tasteless, my plate was watery….only thing that was decent was the few morsels of ginger beef, the rest landed in the garbage…. Complete waste of time and $$

Ordered the Wonton soup..really disappointed by the quality..3 pieces of broccoli 4 wonton, and the worst part is they used chow mein noodle which is dry and still uncooked..noodles should be egg noddles and a little bit thicker than chow mein..very disappointed..

Ordered 3 meals and a wonton soup through skip the dish and only 1 meal and the soup arrived. So my son is the only one with food at a decent time. My mom and I ended up getting stuck with something we didn't want because we did need something to eat. Not sure if the driver missed a bag or if it is the fault of the restaurant. At this point who the hell cares! I got no food and now I am hangry.

Have eaten here a number of times and it has always been very good. But the last 2 times we ordered the ‘Famous Chicken’ it was mostly pork!! Had maybe 2 pieces of chicken. Since this was the second time, we believe that they actually use more pork than chicken in their ‘Famous Chicken.’
