First and last time eating there. The food was lukewarm, watery, chicken balls as hard as a rock, Shanghai noodle tasteless, my plate was watery….only thing that was decent was the few morsels of ginger beef, the rest landed in the garbage…. Complete waste of time and $$

Ordered the Wonton soup..really disappointed by the quality..3 pieces of broccoli 4 wonton, and the worst part is they used chow mein noodle which is dry and still uncooked..noodles should be egg noddles and a little bit thicker than chow mein..very disappointed..

Ordered 3 meals and a wonton soup through skip the dish and only 1 meal and the soup arrived. So my son is the only one with food at a decent time. My mom and I ended up getting stuck with something we didn't want because we did need something to eat. Not sure if the driver missed a bag or if it is the fault of the restaurant. At this point who the hell cares! I got no food and now I am hangry.

Have eaten here a number of times and it has always been very good. But the last 2 times we ordered the ‘Famous Chicken’ it was mostly pork!! Had maybe 2 pieces of chicken. Since this was the second time, we believe that they actually use more pork than chicken in their ‘Famous Chicken.’

I ordered the “beef stew” as part of a combo. I went to eat at the food court where in half of the beef stew was fat that seemingly hadn’t been trimmed before being presented for serving.
I found the other dishes on my plate lacked preparation, and that even their “lo-mein” was loaded with copious amounts of fryer grease.
I expect mall food to be mall food - but I also expect a decent approximation of the culture represented. In my opinion - it missed the mark.
I took my tray directly back 3 or 5 minutes later and showed them all the fat set off to the side and inquired about this. They gave no reasonable explanation.
Looks like they're starting to make their sizes smaller. Try Manchu Wok instead. Their 1 item is still a decent size.

On May 11 2024 around 7:30 pm to 8 pm i went to get food from this restaurant. I payed and she handed me my food, after a few minutes she called me over asking me to return the food and said "your transaction did not go through return the food". First of all why was I handed food if my transaction didn't even go through, she could've asked me nicely to try paying again but rather then that she embarrassed me in front of a large audience and even asked me to return the food AFTER I had walked away. Either she didn't hand me my food before making sure the transaction has gone through or atleast talk to me nicely about what the problem was. When I asked for a Manager to try and talk to them about the rude behavior she denied the fact that there was a manager and then later proceeded to tell me that she herself was the manager. She did not even try hearing my side and was just being so rude and afterwards did not even say sorry. Very unprofessional and rude customer service.

Good taste and honest generous proportions. But please remove the tip selection by the card reader. It's ridiculous and cumbersome for customers at a fast food court to confirm price and tip option every time. Just have it directly ready for cars tapping. Let's not expect "tip" everywhere in life - culture gone wrong in North America.
