Recently purchased $120.00 worth of food online ordered. Arrived 5 minutes before pickup time and was told food would be late (started the food once I arrived). Chose the dry spare ribs as a free side which they forgot and required a second trip to pickup. Food was rushed , Egg foo yung was only a half order, spicy shanghai noodles was missing the seasoning and spiciness, beef and vegetables missing seasoning, dry spare ribs were just grizzle in a deep fried unseasoned flour batter, house rice was ok, pineapple chicken is just ok. Tried shopping local but found out new ownership took over. Hopefully the new owners can take note and make some changes otherwise they will disappear like other restaurants in deer run.

The best Chinese food restaurant in the Calgary, you could also get 10%off if u pick up at the store❗️❗️they also have nice service whenever you r in the restaurant, the food is always great, on time delivery. People in the restaurant are so friendly to the costumer who pick up there.

We have been ordering here for years but lately the food quality has declined to the point that we will be changing where we go. We ordered curry chicken and it was so salty and the quality of the ingredients have really changed. Also, they got rid of the free chicken fried rice after ordering a certain $ amount which was a big draw before. Too bad our local place has gone downhill :(

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Ordered dinner for my family tonight and one bite in one of the kids received a mouth full of STAPLES!?!? We were told they would not refund our items but rather replace them. NO THANK YOU!!! HEALTH HAZARD!!!!!

Placed an order at start of service to be picked up between 5:40-5:55. Got there at 5:50 food wasn't even started. Waited until 6:25 for the food to be ready, got home to find they shorted us 20 dollars worth of springrolls. Now the food we got was good but the fact that we ordered 130 dollars worth of food and the order wasnt ready and we were shorted food was the reason for the 1 star. (The food not being ready has happened in the past)

This is the 3rd time that Fancy Taste of China has forgotten to make my order. Their food is damn good, but their service is non-existent. If you do order, be prepared to wait for half an hour as they make your order they forgot to write down but remembered to bill you. Also, check your orders when you get them, they have a tendency to staple the bags closed and conviently forget parts of your order.

We’ve been going here for YEARS and tonight we ordered for the LAST TIME. First off, we paid 55 for 3 dishes and that’s with a free fried rice. Our order would have been 65-70 without the free item!!! (See photo below) Prices here have almost doubled and the portions are smaller. We ordered pickup and the guy at the counter asked for a tip… We usually tip even when we pickup but asking for a tip on a pickup order is off putting and awkward. On top of that they only gave us 2 fortune cookies (I have 3 kids) and as you could imagine they were fighting over them. I hate writing a bad review and almost never do but after being a loyal customer for years I’m super disappointed and won’t be returning. In terms of taste, food was fine.

Pre-ordered 2 days in advance for a party we where having. Resturant cancels the order 40mins before it was supposed to be delivered. Leaving us in a tough spot with 10 adults and 8 kids to feed.
