First time trying fatburger was very impressed! The burger was very delicious and very filling. Food is reasonably priced. I highly recommend! :)

Decent burger. Didn't get sick after! Young lady at the counter looked like she would rather be anywhere else, poor thing.
Place is filthy, the front door has so much grime on it I shouldn't have opened it and gone inside. Any touch points (washroom doors, handles etc) were grimy and dirty. Bring your rubber gloves and hand sanitizer. Very quiet in the restaurant, absolutely no one was there. Probably another sign I should have gone elsewhere.
The pop machine looked like it was spewing water everywhere, not sure what was happening there. Might want to address the actual issue instead of furiously mopping.
Folks, all it would take is a few hours to properly clean your restaurant. Do it before more people leave reviews like this.

If I could leave zero Stars I would my mom and I have been coming to this location for quite some time the manager / owner has always been wonderful to us we went in today to have some food and the girl behind the counter absolutely disgustingly rude ignorant I will never ever walk another foot in that restaurant and some people shouldn't have a job absolutely ignorant you have lost my business pretty bad that we left what a disappointment and I asked if we could get our chicken well done and apparently that was a problem she said the chicken comes the way the chicken comes when I asked her to repeat my order it wasn't even my order and you could see how she was bothered by us asking what kind of sauce is there were for the chicken fingers and then tosses me a sheet of sauces like I said absolutely rude and there's better restaurants to go to and there wasn't even one other person in there I truly believe if u don't like people and taking there order then don't do the job!!!!!!!

came to this location 7/20/2025 in the evening there was a girl at the register, had a pretty rude attitude she did not seem like she wanted to be there, asked for a to-go meal and came out with our food to stay and gave me a really dirty look when I said we asked for this to-go. food was pretty good though. Her customer service was terrible wont be coming back to this location.

Weird experience here. Would never come back. Burger was meh… but also $14. Shake was good, but came several minutes AFTER the burger which was strange.
The thing that really put me off was, that the person taking my order yells back to the kitchen just after I paid “Fat Tip”. Not sure what that’s about but I hope the quality of my meal wasn’t based on the tip I gave!! Eek

Food !!!! We'll I had the big King Double Burger 🍔 combo with a Maui Banna Shake and let me tell ya WOW !!!!!!!!! THIS BURGER WAS A MONSTER AND SUPER DELICIOUS !!!!! The shake was also fantastic !!!!
