Horrible!!! I got 2 menus to take away late in the evening. 50$ for 2, expensive and bad quality.the food tastes like nothing, it's not fresh and they even forgot to give me potatoes! I couldn't even go back and tell them because the place was already closed.we won't go back again!!

$24 for a burger then a premium product should be served, remove the core from the one laser thin sliced tomato no one wants to eat garbage.Speaking of garbage, put your dirty dustpan away no one wants to see this while trying to have lunch in a dinning room…Two staff members on hung out in the back and basically shout spoke to each other for 8 minutes non stop lol, how do you not know your conversations project directly into the dinning area.Will not go back to this location. For those looking for a great experience try the McLeod trail location which is so much more professional.

The food was very delicious and filling. Can't forget the amazing customer experience they provide, especially Rolan, he always made sure that we were having a great time throughout our sitting. I really recommend this place as it is truly a great experience. If you happen to see Rolan there, don't be afraid to say hi, he is really approachable and truly a kind person.

Cheese curds are not Quebec like the menu states, gravy was really not on par for what it should be, dont know how often people are ordering Poutine at Fatburger but this ain’t it.This specific location holds the unbearable odour of urine, and it only gets worse the closer you get to the washroom. Reminiscent of the listy-pee you smell in back alleys and in drop in centres. When I went to the washroom to wash my hands after eating, I caught myself holding my breath. The dirt/grease stains on the walls, surfaces and floor do not lie.Only seems to be two bros working here, no harm on them, they are probably worked too hard…. Great service though. Management needs to crack down on the cleanliness of this restaurant bigtime.Don’t order the Poutine if thats something you enjoy.
