Damn that was an awesome burger. Didn't believe it, but my mouth was in paradise. Friednly staff, great food and nice location. I tried many burgers, but this one just blew me off. It was the simple burger, nothing special, no magic, no secret ingredients or special flavour - just a really good burger! Highly recommended!!

Entered restaurant in the morning for breakfast, music was extremely loud, hard to place order, told the lady it was too loud to hear got nothing but attitude and dirty looks, same lady came to the table trying to stare me down, food was great but not a pleasant experience

Ingredient quality has gone down hill. Fries taste freezer burnt.

Date lunch with my wife. First time there but will not be the last. Next time we'll bring the kids.

It was excellent burgers and priced right. Juicy tasty patties like a burger should have. Paid upfront but served to the table. Fries were great as well.

I had the Hawaian and my wife had tbe Mushroom Swiss.

I somehow was shocked to hear how much tip we give as we pay our order. When we paid we heard: "Fat Tip" then the next customer in line was heard: "Tip". I wonder if they prepare the order according to the Tip...

Beyond above and beyond service. Team worked together the entire time. I have never seen such amazing teamwork in a fast food establishment before. I had the best experience. The food was cooked and put together beautifully! Absoultely delicious & super fresh. It was a pleasure to dine here!

Had lunch here today with my mum and we were both pleasantly surprised by the food options and service. They had vegetarian options that weren't just processed (e.g., beyond meat) but actual real veggie burgers. And the servers would come by regularly and check if your food was okay or if you needed anything. It was fast, polite and professional service. The milkshake and fries tasted great too - we were craving a diner experience with some nice burger combos - thanks everyone!

Vegetarian options: As per above - it's not just that they offer a processed 'fake' meat burger, they actually make their own real veggie burger (think smashed carrots, peas, etc). Tasted great!

It is unfortunate that fat burger has removed whole wheat buns from their menu. (Especially for those of us with allergies to the white bread products)
I would give two stars, but they did offer me whole wheat bread after i had ordered and paid for a burger on a whole wheat bun.
I used to frequent fat burger as they were one of the few offering a whole wheat option. I will no longer be ordering more than a milkshake.

I used to go to fat burger all the time, Especially this location. I just recently ate there, the place is really run down and falling apart, the service was ok, but the food was kind of gross and greasy, and now I've been in the bathroom a lot, and trying not to throw up....

Arguably one of the best burgers I have ever had! And you know it's amazing when you have to wait for it to cook because it is made fresh! The fries were incredible and the orange creamsicle milkshake was unreal. This is now my go-to spot. I loved it! I will be back :-)

Used to have nice staff, not the case anymore. Food used to be amazing now they cut corners to improve margins at every turn, pretty pathetic for a place that charges $12 for a Cheeseburger.

Was a long time frequent customer, but you've lost my business forever, I won't be back.

Edit to add: the McLeod location still has polite staff that aren't looking to rip you off, or treat you like garbage.

Both me and my boyfriend have gotten food poisoning at different times from the poutine here, this place needs a health inspection, DO NOT EAT HERE or you will likely get sick.
