One of my favorite burgers places in Canada

I use to really like this place, and to be clear the food quality and staff are still great. The problem is the food prices recently went to the moon, to get a double mushroom Swiss combo is now almost 28 dollars before the tip.

Also they recently renovated the inside and all of the places character and charm is gone which is super depressing. Its now the most bland non descript restaurant dining area imaginable.

I use to really like coming here once or twice a week as a treat, it certainly was never inexpensive but it use to be good value for the quality of food you got. Now its expensive and soulless to go to sit down and eat at. I likely unfortunately wont be coming back again.

Price increase and reduced selection of chicken strips. Honey mustard sauce runny - mentioned it and they are fixing it through suppliers. I most likely wont be back for chicken fingers as the cost is too high for what you get - the value just isn't there. $5 for curly fries is also a little crazy.

Was looking forward to dinner. Burger looked good but first bite it was raw. I ripped through the entire thing and it was raw throughout.

Update: gave them another shot and then this time they thrown piping hot chicken onto the sauce container, causing it to melt into the sauce and chicken. I wonder where all these microplastics in our bodies are coming from? Suffice it to say I will not be giving them a third chance.

Ingredient quality has gone down hill. Fries taste freezer burnt.

We ordered 2 XXL burgers and deluxe at $ 58 and the patties in the dubble XL was one patty cut in half and they said its a dubble im very disappointed and will never go there again. It was my favorite burger ever before this 👎👎👎👎

No body can find their location and GBS Wil end up in the middle of the road Even if you get out your car and try to find theres no place called fat burger restaurant it’s wasting time

Did not do triple pickles on burger and they charged $3.49 for a piece of “Canadian cheese”. Like what. Burger alone was $14. It was flavourless and not good at all. I don’t believe it’s never not frozen.

I am extremely disappointed and will not be eating here again.
