Just ordered carry out and when I got home I realized that none of the burgers had the toppings that I asked for over the phone.

I'll think twice about ordering from here again.

They have always given us phenomenal service. The dining and kitchen always look very clean. The food has always been consistently good and it doesnt make your stomach feel bad unlike other fast-food joints. We have been here enough to call it our favorite burger joint! Always generous with the sides as well and thats why we keep coming back!

I don't usually post reviews on food, but... Something's happened to the quality of their boneless wings. They used to be crispy made with quality chicken. Now, they are, no doubt, store bought or they've changed suppliers, stale, soft, and the chicken is incredibly rubbery. Throughout the chicken are bits of cartilage and rubbery fat. It's inedible. Very low quality and made me feel so sick. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened.. I've learned my lesson. Goodbye Fatburger boneless wings. It's been a nice run 🫠 I'll miss the good old days 🙃

We visit this spot on a regular basis with our kids and have never had a bad experience. Food is always tasty, staff pleasant and helpful, Ina in particular has been there on most of our visit and is always so lovely to deal with.

Clean and nice atmosphere. Ultimate BBQ is our favorite and kids meals are great.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are great. And there is a little treasure chest the kids get very excited about picking their little toy

We went in and ordered take out. They know you're not going to check the contents when you get your order, so they think it's fine to screw people.

Ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger add bacon add onion. No bacon on the burger but this location will take your money!

Second burger bacon cheddar burger, ordered and paid for 2 patties. And as you may have guessed no second patty but this location will take your money.

Don't go to this location, don't order online. Do not pass go do not collect $200!!

Hi all! Still coming here, food is delicious as always and so as the service but I've been pretty disappointed with the change and menu and policies in last few months... :( they don't stamp ur card for the chicken crisper anymore which is extremely disappointing since that's pretty what I get every time I come and they no longer have guacamole so no more California burgers and such anymore which is also extremely disappointing. :(

Ordered from Skip and turns out this branch is a bunch of rip off artists. Order cost a total of 80 bucks with tip and I just got a regular poutine which should have been a chicken tender, my fiancé didn’t get her fried pickles at all and also she got a regular hamburger instead of a buffalo chicken wrap. This is unacceptable from a an establishment that I have admired for years and since they screwed up an order this badly I will never order from this branch again. Even if you offered credit I will not accept. Don’t order take out from this branch, they will get it wrong.
