Everyone is always very nice and helpful. I wasn't fond of their onion rings but it could be because they were not as crispy as if I had eaten in the restaurant.

Great pickle chips

I attempted to place an order through the app using a free burger reward, but the app repeatedly refused all of my payment methods. I then drove to the store to place the order in person, assuming the issue could be resolved there. At that point, the app still would not apply my reward. The manager made no effort whatsoever to resolve the problem and simply responded with “maybe next time it will work.” This level of indifference is unacceptable. The service was completely unprofessional, and I expected far better from an establishment of this caliber. Needless to say, this experience has ensured I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My first time stopping for a quick takeout burger Friday for supper. While they were quite busy I only waited a few minutes to order, it took 25 minutes to get my burger, fries and Shake. There really wasn't a place to wait other than at the crowded pickup counter to eatch the preparation of all the orders. All was freshly made but certainly unremarkable flavour for the price. I won't add Fatburger to my list of future choices. Could have chosen something much tastier elsewhere, for the price.

Burgers are consistent and good. Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. Clean washrooms.

This is my favorite burger joint. The beef patties are juicy and tastes of authentic beef. Lots of flavors. And as for service, they serve the food to you at your table. Makes you feel special.

This Fatburger has become our go-to spot, and for good reason. We’re regulars here, and every visit feels like coming back to a place that genuinely cares. The staff not only greet us with a smile but they actually remember our order almost every single time! That kind of personal touch is rare these days and makes the experience feel extra special.

The food is always on point. Juicy burgers, fresh chicken, perfectly seasoned fries, and everything is consistently hot and fresh. Whether we’re dining in or grabbing takeout, the quality and service never disappoint.
