We were travelling back to Edmonton from BC and dinned at the restaurant, the server was very rude and her customer service was very poor. We ordered a dish and daal was undercooked.Definitely not coming back to the restaurant and not recommending anyone

Don't waste your money by visiting Fatima Karachi. If giving zero star would be in google , I would give for this restaurant. Waste of time and money.

I used to order half kg mutton karaahi, after long time I ordered it today, guess what portion dropped to half of it. Feeling like robbed. Not going to order there again.

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at Fatima Karai Restaurant, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The food was authentic, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented—every dish tasted homemade with love.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Our guests were truly impressed, and many of them complimented the quality and taste of the food.

A big thank you to the owner and team for making our special evening so memorable. Highly recommend this place for both casual dining and special events!

I dined their multiple time which we like.
But whenever we order online, no instructions is followed.
I order multiple time and 2nd time again same issue with Biryani, undercooked when I ordered for guest.
It is embarrassing and risk for ordering in bulk.
Even Fahad and Fatima both restaurant I tried but disappointing

Ordered a Karahi chicken with naan bread was amazing 👏 taste was beyond and above must visit.....

I tried the chicken biryani on uber eats and the service was great. Although, the biryani rice was so smudgy and what U thought to be chicken was a tiny piece wrapped in a lot of rice, there was barely chicken and the taste wasn’t good as it was bland. I don’t recommend the biryani, it doesn’t taste fresh and the spices just weren’t there.

I ordered Gajrela and it is listed for $8.99; however the quantity is not even for one person. It was a small container which is not even filled up-to half. At least in $8.99 I can expect a properly filled container.

After several take outs from this restaurant, today’s was the worst food I have ever had. I ordered chicken tikka masala ,naan and chicken biryani. Tika masala had 70 to 80 percent oil and about 20 percent of gravy and chicken combined and tested raw garlic. Couple bites I had and dumped out .Biryani had one piece of drumstick perfectly laying down in the middle and was very oily. Looks like they had rice cooked ready and fried the rice and put one chicken in the middle. Who makes biryani that oily? I don’t think their cook is trained one or they themselves doing all cookings. After little bites, we felt nauseous.
Fatima restaurant used to be very good. Now they lack the quality way down. They are more into money centric. I would not recommend anyone for the price and Quality of food served in this restaurant. Never ever will go back . If there was an option I would give them zero star.

To run a restaurant successfully food quality and taste is a must but with that equally important factor is your staff who serve customers and that is very important to bring back customers again to the door and that's what Fatima restaurant is doing.
Yesterday evening we went to Fatima restaurant and I must appreciate the service and welcoming behaviour by Meenakshi and team on our visit to the place. We ordered 3 portions of meat platters , lamb karai and Naans taste to perfection as usual.
We will definitely come back because food was great and great service bravo ???

Food, Atmosphere most importantly the service was amazing. I booked the restaurant for my Twins' 1st birthday party over there and experienced a very warm service served by the staff mainly Mrs. Puspa, Jaspreet & Manpreet. They hèlped us & my guests till the end of the party.

The food was served warm and the taste of the foods are delicious & amazing ?

It was my first time here and we tried goat karahi. It was the best goat meat I've tasted in a long time. Puspa was helping us and she was very helpful and served us with a smile!

Worst place to eat. Please save your self a trip. There are much better restaurants out there.
