I called today to order Chicken briyani and chicken tikah masala curry. The lady who answered the phone today around 8:10 pm said they dont serve that. I get it all the time and your website shows that you have it. How about you check your menu or take it off if you dont serve that.
Very bad experience as the heating was not working. It was so cold that we have to put on our jackets. Food was good but it was so annoying to sit and eat in cold. Didn't enjoy our food.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The ambiance was relaxing and perfect for a nice meal. Dont forget to try blue lagon.
A special thanks to Pusha for being incredibly friendly and welcoming. Her service made the whole experience even better. She was attentive, polite, and always had a smile on her face. Truly appreciated!
I’ve been ordering from their other branch, Faisal for a while but when I saw the delivery time (through DoorDash) was a bit longer, I decided to give this one a try instead. Worst decision ever!
The food quality and portions were absolutely pathetic. The Sheesh Kebabs were burnt, the naan was subpar, and the Karahi Chicken turned out to be nothing more than a plain chicken curry... no flavor, no aroma, no taste..poorly packaged. $40 odd went to waste, such a rip off.
I might’ve overlooked the portion size if the food had been good, but this was hands down the worst desi curry I’ve had misfortune of having in my 15 years in Calgary. This was my first and last order, and honestly, it might even drive me away from their other branch: Faisal Kebab Hut. With so many great Indian/Pakistani restaurants around, I definitely won’t miss them.

Today, we visited Fatima and had an amazing experience. Although it wasn't our first time dining there, our last couple of visits were disappointing. This time, we ordered palak paneer but ended up with saag paneer instead. The taste was great, but we were a bit let down since we were craving palak paneer. However, when we were paying, the manager came over, apologized for the mistake, and handled everything beautifully. We were glad to see that the restaurant is taking care of its customers and has improved its staff.

Our recent visit to Fatima Karahi Restaurant left me deeply disappointed and genuinely alarmed.
The Makhani Daal, which should have been comforting and freshly made, had a sour taste something clearly off. Upon asking, the polite and honest server revealed that the daal had been cooked a week ago. Let that sink in food prepared a week back was being served to diners, including children.
My ask is:
👉 Who takes accountability for serving stale food?
👉 What inspection process ensures the safety of what’s being served?
The honesty of the staff is appreciated but honesty cannot compensate for negligence in food safety. This isn’t about one bad meal; it’s about a broken trust.
This experience has erased confidence in this outlet.

After a long hiatus, we finally returned to Fatima Karahi Corner and were thrilled to receive excellent service from Pushpa and their manager, Samra. The food was delicious and warm, and we felt welcome from the start. We ordered goat karahi, BBQ platters, and naan, all of which were fresh and tasty. It's been a while since we've had such a great experience at Fatima, but with service like this, we'll definitely be back.

Good food
I visited Fatima Karahi a couple of days ago and had a really disappointing experience. I even called ahead to let them know we were coming for dine-in, but when we arrived, the staff completely ignored us — no greeting, no welcome, nothing. After a while, someone came to the table with menus, and when I politely asked for two more minutes, she started making faces right in front of me

We didn’t even get the chance to eat here because the customer service was so bad. From the moment we walked in, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. No one greeted us or bothered to seat us for several minutes, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. When we finally asked for help, the staff member acted like we were an inconvenience. The attitude and lack of respect were enough for us to walk out. We decided to take our business elsewhere. Definitely not coming back.

I used to come all the way from Lethbridge to eat at Fatima — back before the renovation when the place was always packed. Now, the tables are empty and the experience isn’t the same. Service was really disappointing. No greeting, no “hello” or “hi,” just had the menu thrown on the table without a word. We had to figure out our own table. We called around 9:40 PM to ask if we could dine in and were told yes, even though they close an hour later. But the attitude we received was enough of a sign to leave without ordering anything.
