To run a restaurant successfully food quality and taste is a must but with that equally important factor is your staff who serve customers and that is very important to bring back customers again to the door and that's what Fatima restaurant is doing.
Yesterday evening we went to Fatima restaurant and I must appreciate the service and welcoming behaviour by Meenakshi and team on our visit to the place. We ordered 3 portions of meat platters , lamb karai and Naans taste to perfection as usual.
We will definitely come back because food was great and great service bravo ???

Food, Atmosphere most importantly the service was amazing. I booked the restaurant for my Twins' 1st birthday party over there and experienced a very warm service served by the staff mainly Mrs. Puspa, Jaspreet & Manpreet. They hèlped us & my guests till the end of the party.

The food was served warm and the taste of the foods are delicious & amazing ?

It was my first time here and we tried goat karahi. It was the best goat meat I've tasted in a long time. Puspa was helping us and she was very helpful and served us with a smile!

Worst place to eat. Please save your self a trip. There are much better restaurants out there.

Excellent service by Pushpa. She was very friendly and attentive. And the goat karahi was delicious and flavourful. One of the best goat karahis i ever had. The naans were pillow soft too. The green chutney that was served complimentary with the food was so tasty. Kudos to the chef. It was my first visit here and it definitely won’t be the last.

The food is good but the service is unbelievably slow. I ordered a lunch takeout at 1130 for 12 pick up, didn't receive my food until 1240pm.

It wasn't busy at all, and I called so far in advance that this shouldn't have been a problem but I ended up missing my whole lunch hour from work just waiting for my food.

I went there few days ago we have birthday dinner for family i order lots of foods but food was not too good and not too bad it’s was okay then I order separately a bbq platter and some chicken tikka curry which taste totally different from first one taste bad I told a girl waiter she said I don’t know what happen and girls who’s working there they don’t even know how to serve customer they have really bad attitude and they don’t know how to deal with customers i paid almost 300$ which was not worth amd I think we’ll never go back there again friendly message for the owner please take care of ur business and tell ur workers to deal with customers nicely not with bad attitude if u have customers u have business

Food is awesome but please change your front both girls, they both are very rude, it has been happening since last 3 times, they don't know how to treat customers. My other family members had same issues with both girls.
If you change your front staffs, restaurant will definitely succeed.

This is always our go to for family special occasions! Food quality is always fantastic and so nice and their mango lassi is SO GOOD and authentic

Used to be a lot of food for the price but still pretty good and reasonably priced !

Our server today was jaspreet - she was so efficient and great! Made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience !

Also bonus - they have an event hall that looks quite boujee as well!
