I was craving a quick but yummy sandwich, and found this cafe and it did not disappoint. Flavourful sandwich that was nicely toasted and with a pleasant surprise of a pickle and chips on the side. The price is affordable for a good lunch and I’ll definitely be back.

I have never been so dissapointed at somewhere gave everyone in our group of 4 the wrong food, chicken tasted raw and made me sick the cheese is fake and way too greasy and don't even bother with the $6 muffins they are pure inedible agreed on by our whole group very dissapointing service and it took them 25 minutes to get us 3 sandwhiches not to mention it wasn't clean at all the seatings too cramped for anyone if you wanted to sit there. All together probably the worst experience I'll have in my life and it made the work day that much harder especially for those who couldn't finish the nasty food

Sammy, the owner, is a very pleasant person who serves up a very tasty Breakfast Burrito. I loved the latte with heart designs on the surface. This café is quaint and very clean. It has fast, efficient service and is another hidden treasure!
Just had the best sandwich of my life (med veg). I think it healed the broken parts of me. The coffee was also very good and the guy working was very nice and fast!

Nice soup helped with my mom's cold
I bought some food from the worker there named sean(?) and he makes really good soup on thursdays only there is special soup deal. Usually I grab a sandwich there when I go to training nearby but recently haven't went there because of winter. Pretty nice ambiance and pretty cool to go there.
parking is okay but theres a huge parking lot nearby thats only a 20 second walk to the cafe

Wonderful cafe, so grateful to have finally stopped by after seeing it for so many years. Will not disappoint ! Vegan zucchini loaf was very moist, gooey and the chocolate was heavenly ?? pretty sure he warmed it for me so it tasted right out of the oven Strawberry coconut refresher sweet and light- perfect for hot Yyc days Both balanced each other very nicely. ?
The cafe is petite and has a great energy, the owner was very friendly and pleasant. 10/10
Will be returning to try more tasty baked goods - stop by early in the day if you can! It seems folks buy in bulk and empty the case early ??
