Wonderful cafe, so grateful to have finally stopped by after seeing it for so many years. Will not disappoint ! Vegan zucchini loaf was very moist, gooey and the chocolate was heavenly ?? pretty sure he warmed it for me so it tasted right out of the oven Strawberry coconut refresher sweet and light- perfect for hot Yyc days Both balanced each other very nicely. ?
The cafe is petite and has a great energy, the owner was very friendly and pleasant. 10/10
Will be returning to try more tasty baked goods - stop by early in the day if you can! It seems folks buy in bulk and empty the case early ??

Had to get lunch while in the Heritage Hills area and found this hidden gem. The sandwich was delicious and the owner was incredibly friendly and kind.
Vegetarian options: They have 2 vegetarian options. The one I got was the Mediterranean sandwich which was pretty good.

They're OK. Been half a dozen times. Was tripping over the zoo of dogs everyone brings for some reason. I really don't want your pooch hair in my food, so I've stopped going.If you don't mind floating cloud of dog hair, then it's probably fine for locals. But the parking situation is a nightmare. Don't drive there.

Very tasty espresso. However service could have been a bit quicker and not the nicest atmosphere. Would also be nice if there were mugs instead of just to go cups. The coffee is so good though it almost makes up for all the deficiencies.

Parking spaces were free and few spaces left. The cafe is accessible from the main building. Kind and attentive staff. Great care in preparing the food. I loved the ‘gratitude board’ with inspiring messages. Great food and staff.Mango smoothie and ham and Swiss multigrain sandwich.
