This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The overall vibe of the restaurant was terrible, and the way we were treated by the staff was completely unacceptable. After I told the server we needed a bit more time with the menu, she never came back. I eventually had to ask a busser to check on our table, and only then did the manager step in and bring the food out. Instead of improving the situation, their behavior came across as extremely unprofessional and even discriminatory.

To make things worse, when it came time to pay, the staff gave us attitude, and the server stood there staring at the payment machine, clearly watching to see if we would leave a tip. That made the whole experience even more uncomfortable.

I ate at this location on August 13 and ended up with food poisoning from their chicken burger.
I emailed the restaurant to make them aware of what occurred. No response. I then called and asked for the managers email, and sent a note. Still no email response, and it is now August 20.

If you are the manager reading this, I would appreciate a response and to know how you will make this right. Thank you.

Waitress not interested in serving our table. If you want to be closed that is ok, but don't be open and be rude

I never seen a bar in Canada make such great Asian taste food. We ordered Japanese Gyoza and Sichuan lettuce Wrap from happy hour menu and they are sooooo good, I have to say, these two dishes should be more popular even in China. I definitely will be back for them next time

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Calgary. Excellent fish and chips, chicken burger, and brunch is all around great.

The burgers and sandwiches are so beyond delicious. I am a huge fan for chicken burgers but it's always a hit it miss. They definitely hit, amazing chicken and a nice large piece. The coleslaw was almost as if it was blended but other than that very yummy and enjoyable. I happened to eat there during a hokey game night, the TV was very loud, so loud I couldn't hear anyone speaking. Otherwise, delicious!

If I had to choose one meal to eat everyday for the rest of my life it would be the blackened chicken with mango salsa from Fergus & Bix 😍🤤 shout-out to the super talented chefs, we LOVE this place!

Vibes are relaxed and fun, but the menu is upscale and high-quality. It’s become our fav spot in town for creative and DELICIOUS food, unique cocktails, and genuinely friendly service.

We come in almost every Tuesday for the half-priced wine, and seriously some of the best steak I’ve had anywhere in Calgary. Huge menu with lots of options, the steamed wontons and BangKao noodle bowl are to die for (Asian fusion done right!)

Happy hour TWICE a day is dangerous (in the best way). The afternoon AND late-night specials keep us coming back more often than we’d like to admit…try the spicy chicken tenders and you’ll be hooked too.

Sometimes it gets busy, but only because everyone else loves this place too! We’re usually seated right away, but if there’s a wait it’s usually no more than 10min and absolutely worth it every time. Truly one of our favourite restaurants - you guys rock!

Takes 20 mins to get order placed and 1hour to get food. Breakfast menu is limited but waiting time is unlimited. Dont recommend and wont come back, made me really bad Sunday
