Absolutely amazing! Every dish we ordered was great, perfect location right in the heart of town, super friendly service and cozy atmosphere all around the place! Every seat looks very comfy (we walked around to explore:) ) Really well done to the owners! We will be back soon!

I've been in the neighbourhood for a while and this place is excellent . I think they must train their staff well and the cooks trained and results also great. My only complaint is the menu is not diverse enough and also maybe portion sizes are too big . But I'm extremely grateful for the professionalism and kindness of the staff and I commend this place to anyone and recommend a frequent visit. Whoever is running this chain of restaurants is dialed in and I hope they continue to see more success.

Great food. Always friendly staff. Sometimes it's hard to get through on the phone to place pick-up orders. Someone there just picked up the phone and laid it in the counter without saying anything. So maybe they don't know how to use phones.

Posting for my family member. "This was one of our favorite places, I am not sure what has happened over the past couple months but staff and manager walk around miserable. My husband and I came mid afternoon for lunch to treat ourselves. My husband is in a wheelchair, It took us forever to even get through the doors. No handicap button and no one even attempted to assist us. My husband ordered his favorite, the short ribs. He nearly broke a tooth eating them, got a piece stuck in his teeth and thought he was going to have to go to the dentist, they were tough, full of gristle and and dare I say tasted old. As a local in the area and as a customer who frequented this place, to say we are disappointed is an understatement. We have also heard this from other locals that the service has gone down hill. We want the Fergus we grew to love back"

Went in for brunch with my family, we got sat down and waited for over 20 minutes and no one came to take our order. Staff walked by multiple times, tried to wave them down and no one seemed to care or notice. We walked out and not a word was said to us on the way out. Won't be going back.
This is my favorite place. The beer board is a must.

This is my first time here and was comparing this to a Cactus/Joey's...
As such in comparison, the Staff was great (actually warmer than typical which was good) and restaurant was buzzing (similar to others though maybe with more family guests i.e. more kids, grandparents etc).
The Menu though wasn't necessarily fantastic. I and my guests meal came within very reasonable time...as with the menu the taste was just OK...I guess could be better

I ordered the caprese pizza yesterday for delivery. This was the worst pizza I ever had. I think the mushrooms or something was cooked with old grease. It was horrible. I normally love Fergus & Bix but this was an eye opener. Never again!

Relatively disappointed with the service we recieved this past weekend. Thankfully I've been to this restaurant many times and know what the GF bun looks like; but I did recieve my meal with regular bread, being celiac if I didn't know better I could have gotten very sick from this.
I think it should be mandatory to write complex orders down, especially when it pertains to allergies.
Disappointed that no form of compensation was offered for this mistake.
Tyler is the best. He deserves a raise.
