so i was just at Macleod trail calgary, Mary Octavio, was my server4/23/24@2;05pm. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger w/onions, lettuce tomato lite mustard. I didnt get my lettuce onions or a tomato AND I PAID A TIP FOR THIS? I work in services, and I work hard for my paycheque & eating out is a treat for me. This location is not a verybusy area sonot I only ask that others in service get my order right. Do better!

Food is consistently decent. Service is always pretty great. With the increase in prices and decrease in portions I don't actually believe it is worth the money you spend anymore
This location is waaaaay better than the one in Shawnessy. Here, they treat customers with respect!The food here is very good. Highly recommend!

I've eaten here a few times before and it's been really good like I expect from Five Guys. But this time really missed the mark. A couple ingredients were forgotten on my burger, and only had one mushroom on it. The most disappointing part was every topping seemed very skimpy, had mustard and ketchup but was very dry. Ended up having to dunk it in ketchup.
