My pickup order was missing a milkshake when I opened it, so I called them. Explained what happened 4 times to 4 different people as they seemed to have issues communicating and kept changing the person on the call with me. "So when do you want to pick it up?" This was the final answer with the 4th person without any apologies as if it was my fault they missed my milkshake, when the receipt they had on the package was even highlighted on the milkshake item so they don't miss! I wasn't going to drive back and forth for a freaking milkshake, so I asked for a refundm but they wouldn't do a refund as it was ordered through Ubereats. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered a bacon cheese burger which on the menu does not say it's a double. If I wanted a double I would ask for a double. Why not make your menu more clear?
$6.99 for a regular fries alone is crazy but what is even more crazy is instead of just the cup filled with fries, they fill the bag 1/4 full of fries? Why? Give us 1/2 the amount and reduce the price by 1/2. I threw out 75% of them.
The burger itself wasn't anything to write home about. Patties had little flavour, cheese is processed (for this price where is the real cheddar?). Having it unexpectedly be a double, also with double the processed cheese was somewhat gross.
Overall, for the cost, should be a magical burger. Definitely was not.

Fast food has no business being that expensive, let alone ask for tips.
Ordered a simple burger with Cajun fries . Received stale old fries from who knows how long ago and my burger was supposed to be with all the toppings but I got a handful of onion on it 2 reheated ,stale ,hard patties and a pickle on it . It’s disgusting ! I’ve ordered from here multiple times and it was always good , but today they took my money and gave me old stale disgusting food. The meat is hard and reheated . Not ordering from there again , whoever made this should be fired for wasting people time and money now I need to reorder my dinner and wait again . ??? good job , if you can’t follow directions on a simple order , then you shouldn’t be working there !

This location used to be amazing for years. The food was always great, the staff used to be very kind and give great portions. Now they the portions for fries I receive are always much less and the burgers don’t taste as good as they used to and the staff doesn’t seem to know how to make proper burgers anymore putting the wrong toppings on burgers when you explicitly told them not to. This location is going downhill.

Very bad experience I just ordered online and go for take away and just simply told the staff to remove the patty Bec I don't know that was beef patty but they give us rude ans, that u should remove by urself.my oll money and food was waste.

Tasty burgers and fries. I get my burger loaded with a ton of toppings, maybe too much, but I don't mind the mess. Don't go often, but never disappoints, I also enjoy munching on peanuts while we wait.
