Good .....but when im ordering thats what id like if the cashier wants to talk over me and tell me what I want then what's the point of ordering just bring something 🤔.......... please learn some English or French they are the languages of the country.... as much as I want to learn your language I'm a nice Canadian and I don't feel like learning 50 different languages

I love Five Guys. It's been several years since I've eaten here and it did not disappoint.
When I walked inside, I noticed a man standing watching over the dining area. Her was in uniform, looking over the dining area. He was attentive and very engaged. He began sweeping the floor, quite aggressively in some cases which might have made some people uncomfortable but was doing a great job. He cleaned the tables as people left their mess behind and discarded the trash. I suspected some folks were feeling a little nervous based on this person's behaviour. It took me a couple of minutes to realize that he was a bit different.
I just wanted to note that I really appreciate this establishment giving this person a chance. Life is hard enough as it is and we need more organizations like this helping people.
Kudos to the staff, MGMT and of course the hard worker. Cheers, T

Completely dissatisfied with the cafe. The food was quite average:ordered a burger, and the fries were tossed in the paper bag. After eating I felt not good the whole evening.
Also I didn't like the atmosphere: it is smelly and quite dirty. There were penauts and the was no information on what they are for. I'm a tourist and never been in the place, so I had no idea what is that for until I noticed what other leople do.

Normally I don't write reviews of fast food but this encounter was way different. We went to a Hitman game and in the way back to the hotel we looked for someplace to eat and saw the light on but also saw it was 8 mins till close.
I opened the door and was greeted with lots of smiles. I asked repeatedly if it was OK for us to come in and order takeout and again, nothing but smiles and told forsure forsure welcome come in.
The food was the food but to the owner of this establishment your staff is world class amd cherish them they are hard to find.
Highly recommend to visit this place for the service one

Although this place costs twice as much as any other burger joint, it's totally worth it in my opinion. I have done tests other fast food restaurants where I would keep a burger for 6 to 12 months and it wouldn't go bad due to it having so many toxic chemicals in it. A five guys Burger will get rotten within 3 days because it's actually real meat.

Ate here after our camping trip, and it was a great experience.
I haven’t had five guys for a long time. Today I decided to stop in there just myself to get a quick burger. I cannot believe on how many fries I had in the bag wow. The burger itself was outstanding. As soon as I walked in all the workers were very happy to greet me and very pleasant. The restaurant is super clean and you enjoy being in there. Hands-down, one of the best burgers. Thank you.

Fresh, NOT Frozen patties. Fresh potatoes for their fries. Max bang for the buck here. And ridiculously tasty and satisfying all around. Highly recommend!
