Five Guys consistently performs exceptionally. There is a large gap between the quality, quantity and experience of eating at Five Guys compared to its closest competitors. The hamburger is *real* beef, cooked exactly to perfection. The toppings are consistently fresh and delicious and precisely proportioned. Their fries are *real* potatoes, cooked perfectly with no other ingredients. The price is better, by comparison to amounts and quality than even the lowest tier of fast food...

Cleanest restaurant I've been to in a long time!
They had a super nice guy with a mustache (Didn't catch his name) wandering around cleaning, and he was on the ball!
I've never seen a table or counter cleaned so fast!
I was super impressed, and it made the experience much nicer!
He deserves a raise!

Five Guys employees are pleasant and welcoming across the franchise, and are helpful when navigating allergies.

A brightly lit and energetic environment, with music that is enjoyable but not too loud for conversation. Not too fancy, but a great place for a casual date or hangout with friends. Gendered washrooms.

The fries are what draw me in, the burgers are what keep me there, and the exceptional staff are what keep me coming back.
