Totally dissapointed in this five guys restaurant, we ordered dinner from here last night, the food we ordered was far from what we got.... We will not be getting dinner from this location again.... higher standards should be a goal for this management!!! Buyer beware!!!!!

Ordered a burger and when I came home to eat it, it was raw. Additionally, the fries tasted old and greasy. Very disappointing and ruined my appetite.

It's a great place that serves one of the best burgers in Calgary. We visited the south location, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The food is excellent, the meat is fresh, and the fries are natural. The free peanuts are also a nice touch.
You have to come and enjoy!

75 $ for 3 people to eat and I tipped. 3 out of 4 burgers were made wrong and the shakes were melted. this is the worst five guys go to any other location if possible.

Ordered over $100 of food through skip and waited for deliver.... and waited.... and waited.... for an hour and 15 minutes.
When we had finally realized that the food was not going to be on-time as the SKIP driver proceeded to the east side of McLeod to obviously pick up another deliver, and then stop on the way to our house to pick up ANOTHER delivery... I gave Five Guys a call to inquire about what was going on.
Well was I ever surprized when I received the best customer service I ever have in the past 5 years at least. Answered the phone and even though a SKIP delivery issue isn't their problem after it gets picked up(Was picked up 30 min prior and we live 10 min from the restaurant) the employee was very helpful in resolving the issue.
The employee called the CR for SKIP, got me a full refund, and even offered to make my order for me again for no charge and throw some milkshakes in as an apology. Let me be clear, when you order from SKIP or UBER EATS the restaurants involvement and requirement to help ends at their door.
Our SOGGY AS ALL HELL food arrived at the door 25min late, and was still delicious. The restaurant itself is amazing, but SKIP sucks.
