Placed an online order on Friday 1 burger and 1 fries for in store pickup at 8:15 PM. As I got to the store at 8:25, it was totally empty, and the usual lovely "Just dropping your fries" greeted me. I sit down to pass the time and then a 3 couples arrived ordering through the window. Skip guy hopped in, picked up his goodies and left. But then everyone was waiting for their food including me. 2 of the couples got it before me, I left the store at 8:47PM empty handed and hungry. When I got to the store it was so empty they were cleaning the walls behind the friers. Then a little bit of rush, understandable but the management failed heavy. The store shouldn't be trusted to that supervisor. Just prefer the Macleod trail store instead of this one! Bad bad! Shouldn't have tipped!

I had an amazing experience here! The burgers are hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was great, and the service made it even better. Special thanks to Pedram for his exceptional kindness and help. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Outstanding customer service!
Definitely recommend this spot for anyone craving a delicious burger and great service.

It is handy living a block away from this store. It's always clean and the staff are always friendly. The food is hot and made fresh to order. Despite living so close, I only seem to go in once or twice a year. The problem is the buns that just do not hold up to all the wet toppings. It is so messy and difficult to eat. Would be a way better burger if it had a decent bun and a better sear / crust on the beef. Although it has 2 patties, they are not as big as the bun, which cause the fillings to squeeze out when you hold it. I see all the reviews that decorate the walls of the store, but they all seem to be old with nothing current. I wonder what has changed? I appreciate all the extra fries in the bag, but the downside is that everything in the bag is covered with grease. The peanuts while I waited were a nice touch.

It’s always a fun atmosphere around five guys! I visited today for the first time. Or busy over lunch yet as it’s a newer location. Really nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful! Food is always delicious! We will be back! Thanks so much.
Parking: Parking is easy at UD. There is a full underground garage with free 3 hours of parking. Street parking is more difficult though.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free lettuce wrap available.
