The Kensington location is absolutely amazing. Especially the customer service with Kunal. I had mistakenly ordered from the Royal Oak location. When I arrived at my local location, I explained that had ordered from the wrong location. He personally said if I come back the next day he would honour my order. He totally went above and beyond what he needed to. Also, the chicken was amazing. Full awesomeness to Kunal and the Kensington Flirty Bird.

Food is soggy and bland. For the price point it’s not a good value at all. The flirty fries are just a hodge podge of sauce making everything soupy. Not worth it.

The batter was super weird, it was way too thick and became a sort of weird sandy paste when I started chewing on it. It also made me feel quite sick, because it soaked up so much oil. The franchise needs to do a quality audit at this branch, they’re doing some funky cooking here

This place has gone so far downhill.... Walked in to an empty restaurant at lunch time (should've known this was a bad sign from the get go)
The place is dirty from top to bottom & the music was so loud I could barley hear the employee.
Ordered The Sando, mild flirt. The chicken was a thick breast that took up maybe a 3rd of the bun right down the middle, leaving the rest of the bun empty. The coating on the chicken tasted like old frying oil and had a gritty texture to it.

Decided to try this place with my girlfriend and it was absolutely amazing! The manager was super friendly and helpful! Cooked everything fresh to order and the pickles are a 10/10! Everything was well seasoned and all around great! I highly recommend this place and will be returning again soon!

Save your money and go somewhere else. The breading on the chicken is way too thick, yet slimy on the inside. The breading is flavourless even thought I got the 3rd hottest? And by the time I got to my car (3 min walk from the store) the bun was so soggy it was inedible.

My toddler and I were sitting outside of your restaurant in Kensington. She had with her a plush chicken and for fun I told her to go look at your sign that had a cartoon chicken on it. She touched the sign (I was unaware of this, but again she’s a toddler…). At that point, one of your staff members came charging out of the restaurant telling me to “control my child” and freaking out at my toddler for touching your sign. Obviously, as a small child there was zero ill intent to wreck your chalkboard and she just didn’t understand that she was meant to look and not touch. HOWEVER, your staff member had my toddler TERRIFIED AND IN TEARS! I’m not sure that’s a good look for your restaurant and would absolutely call and complain if there was a public phone number. CLEARLY, this is not a family-friendly establishment… and I would not recommend any family go here for a meal… unless you want your children to be verbally assaulted by their staff.
