I visited the gym and intended to purchase a snack. Initially considering a smoothie, I opted for a parfait and a beverage. I found the overall cost to be excessive for the portion size. While the parfait was enjoyable, I believe the yogurt used lacked flavour and had a sour taste. I plan to return and perhaps try their smoothies instead.

Just received the worst salad from this place. There is no thought or care put into these over priced salads. Paid $6 extra for 3 pieces of chicken and $30 for a bowl of kale and a sprinkle of the ingredients I actually wanted. Not to mention the whole order was wrong anyway. This place used to be better, very disappointing.

Honestly. Whose able to eat an entire bag of greenery. 🤢🤮 It's cool if you are a rabbit and love to eat an entire box of arugula with sparse veggies. Much better at at the chain salad shops. Zero flavour. Damn. I had high hopes. Will not return.

There is far to many items that atuo included meat. Someone who doesn't eat or doesn't want meat should not have to pay the same prices as some who wants meat. Meat is expensive, vegetables should be. Nor should I have had to spend more than 40 minutes picking chicken out of my salad only to learn that my efforts were useless as there's no way to get all the chicken slivers out. I had to give a away more food.
$25 for a salad. They present you debit machine with tip options: 18% 20% 22%. I do serving for a living and always leave great tips when it’s due. But a takeout salad place? Should we start tipping at McD and Tim’s? How delusional one has to be expecting a 20% tip for 0% service. Yeah you made my salad chef, I paid $25 for it. Crazy world we live in.

We are visiting from out of town and loved our food and experience! The service was top-notch and the salad was so fresh. The prices were affordable and the portions were huge!
When we are back in town, we will definitely be coming back.

Amazing salads and amazing people. We travelled from Ontario to visit Alberta and BC. We are always looking for vegan options. And let me tell you this place delivers. Very generous, super friendly and incredibly tasty. On our way back home, we stopped a second time. Very cool way to finish where we started. We will definitely eat there next time we visit Calgary. Thanks for the great food.
