Hm, the food has never been anything special and it comes out completely different depending on who is making it. The coffee is fine. The staff is stoic. It was my favorite neighborhood hangout because of the nice window, location, and lively clientele.
Recently they replaced the comfortable mismatched furniture with cold white, modern tables and smaller, rickety, uncushioned chairs. Maybe they are working toward a new vision, but so far it feels like a downgrade. Still worth a visit now and then.
They should get a hook in the washroom, solo visitors have no place to put a bag if we go to the washroom.

Fantastic find. Too few real cafes in suburban Calgary, I went back home from Toronto and it took me a while to find something nice, but this place was fantastic. The coffee was good and the service was too, but what really got me was how inviting the location felt, like it was a place I wanted to be in. It also had a more homely feel to it with the food and ice cream too. Overall a lovely experience. Lesbians famously have great taste, so it’s further confirmation of the exceptionalism of this establishment that I spotted three seperate groups of lesbians over a single two hour period: really impressive numbers; really impressive cafe.

The café was busy with locals and had a lively vibe. The name sounds European, and since I noticed a Florence symbol in the shop, it’s probably Italian. The interior has a mixed concept, and I even saw some Costco snacks. The café mocha was really good.

Enjoyed a morning coffee and sandwich this weekend. Overall atmosphere was welcoming with a local café feel.
Sandwiches were served and pressed on ciabatta. I would go back again for their spicy sandwich and tuna melt! Great cafe for the people passing through this neighbourhood.
Their location included a pantry and refrigerated items to purchase for home.

Coffee was good but food was repackaged Costco. They also gave part of our order to someone else so we had to reorder. So I wouldn’t eat here. We won’t go again as too many quality places out there.

Lovely little cafe. Their coffee was fantastic really lovely high quality beans and roast on their drip coffee. Would be great to try an espresso drink next time. Cafe is super cozy with seating area and I love that they have a small offering of grocery items and plants to compliment the food and drink. Really feels like a little hub for the community.

Wasn’t open at 7:30am on a Monday. ended up getting coffee from Luke’s. Wasn’t open when I left Luke’s either. Maybe odd day it’s closed.
I'm basically a regular here, I love the food and drinks :) However, there needs to be more employees throughout the entire day. It's always busy (which is awesome!!) but then there's always just one employee working. On days when it's busy I find that the quality of drinks is lacking. I always order a matcha latte and it's usually amazing, however this morning it was super busy and my drink tasted like sweetened hot milk. Really hoping they hire more people soon!
