Saw the ad about buy 1 get 1 50% off. I live in Calgary and stopped by to pick up some coffee. I was told that the promo is only for online( does not say on the ad). I was told I can place the order online and they would just pick it as I wait. About to place the order and asked how do I get around the $10.00 delivery fee. Even though I was picking it up I was told I would still have to pay it. Really.... I was shocked. Not worth it. Lost a new customer.

Fratello is definitely among the best coffee roasters around, their classic godfather espresso roast is always my go-to. The storefront is a big help because they always have a fresh roast, even if you're only buying a 12 ounce bag, it's the best way to get a hold of some great coffee. It costs less than if you get the same bag but likely a few weeks old at Analog or a big box store. Not knocking other places but if you have the time or are nearby, it can't be beat.

Fratello coffee is so delicious. I’m always looking for a strong & rich coffee a hint of chocolate and the Godfather Espresso has exactly that. +It’s not “spicy”, it has the perfect amount of everything.

This is absolutely The best place to purchase fresh delicious coffee. Not only is their coffee amazing, their customer service is top-notch. I ran out of my regular coffee without realizing, and I had paused the subscription because I had too much initially, and I contacted them and they were able to deliver my coffee, the same day. I have a company and this company Fratello hired my company to do a fall cleanup. The food has always been great just like the coffee.
First discovered these beans when ordering from an Analog coffee (bow valley square) years ago. Ever since, I have been purchasing the Godfather beans for my espresso at home.I started getting delivery during covid, and have been a regular delivery customer since.In all the years, Fratello has consistently provided fresh roasted and delicious beans. Roast date on the bags is always within a few days of delivery, and they have always been quick on the turnaround between order and ship.Great job guys. Keep it up!

I am in Calgary for a few days and decided to add coffee beans to my list for my friends, as a treat. Calgary Coop has Fratello beans on sale. Perfect. Not so fast. After making brewing a half pot and found the taste bitter and stale, I exammined the date: roasted December 2022 and best before June 2023.In Fratello's defence, I should have verified the roasting and best before dates. Lesson learned.After posting my review, Frateeo contacted me to atone for Coop's failings. Russell was considerate, supportive, and provided constructive feedback on customer concerns.Thank you.
