We came here for a staycation and birthday celebration. I always love this hotel. We were craving espresso martinis, and we ended up being disappointed with what we recieved. When I told our sever Ben, he immediately offered to 'personally' remake them how we were anticipating, and he made the most amazing maritini! He seriously made our night and was the best server! We will absolutely come back because of the memorable experience he created for us.

I came here with my sister for her bachelorette celebration and we had an amazing time! The vibes next the pool were awesome and our bartender, Ben, gave us amazing service and even more amazing drinks. I highly recommend coming here, it was an awesome and relaxing experience!

Came here for my birthday with several friends and sat poolside. It is a very relaxing environment and you instantly feel like you are on vacation once you sit down. I had the rosé and was able to swim in the pool. The service was excellent and our waitress enhanced the experience with her quick service and friendly and outgoing nature. My only note is that I wish there was more current music playing, rather than the elevator type music that was being played when I was there.

I went here with a group of friends for a birthday and the vibe was exceptional. It wasnt too busy as it was a Wednesday night, but Trayana gave us amazing service and was very friendly. The music was a little questionable at some points, and Trayana explained that the staff have no control over the music and rather the establishment pays for the playlist. I reckon this place would be even better if the staff had control of the music. Regardless, I would come back here for sure.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. The worst service and food quality I think I’ve ever had. It took more than 30minutes just to get drinks and the place was almost empty. The sever had no idea what was on the menu - he didn’t know the daiquiri flavors or that the yyc food&drink expo was taking place. It was painfully slow, he brought out one drink at a time with a ten minute lag in between. Our food was all barely lukewarm when it was brought out and one of the steaks was not medium as asked, but blue rare. We had to request water, napkins and cutlery, the server did no initiate a single thing nor did he check on us at all to see how things were. When we told the server we were disappointed and why, he didn’t seem surprised or apologetic, he did not care and just blamed the chefs. Save your time & money, don’t waste it here.

10/10 get the freestyle burger you will not regret. I never end up finishing my side of fries with a meal but I inhaled everything on my plate as did my boyfriend. Restaurant was completely empty and absolutely stunning, I have no idea why it is not busier!?

Came in for lunch, and had an amazing lunch. I had the cherry pork ribs and the chorizo fundido, I asked for the chef to tell me what was in it, the chef went out of his way to come out and greet me, told me in detail how the ribs were done and just made me feel at home. I believe his name was Korey. Front of house was very nice and respectful, overall great experience.
