The Grande Frenchies fondue was incredible, right up there with the Swiss version! Yum yum! Our server was super knowledgeable and helpful to select a Pinot that suited our group’s tastes. Great spot for girls night out

This place was TO DIE FOR! They had a spectacular wine selection, the food was amazing. We ordered some small plates to share and had the lobster nori, cheese fondue and the gnocchi! The gnocchi was the best thing I have eaten in a very long time. The vibes of this place were very lovely, it’s a small intimate restaurant! We found it a bit difficult to find (that is totally our fault). We walked by it multiple times until we finally stopped in at UNA PIZZA. It is located at the back of the UNA pizza take out restaurant next door, just walk to the back thru the curtain and you will find it …for anyone else directionally flawed!

We had the most wonderful time at Frenchies the other night! The space is cozy and intimate, drinks were phenomenal, food was incredible, and Tannis our server really gave us a great experience. She knew what drinks and wine to recommend, took charge on what order our food came out at, and even went to the trouble of adding a candle to our dessert (we were celebrating a birthday). Truly such an enjoyable time here - I would definitely recommend trying it out.

This is such a fun place and it’s always lovely to find a wine bar but it was quite difficult to locate since we couldn’t tell from the map where they were but they’ll help you out when you call them.It’s great to go here with friends or with a date because the atmosphere is perfect for that. The wines are rotating so you can keep coming back and it’s always new. The food was pretty good too! Small plates and good for sharing

Food was good, I would prefer different option than chips with the dips, maybe sourdough bread or something similar, since the combo was kind of greasy and chips overpowered the taste of the dip a little,flourless cake desert was amazing. Place is intimate with nice atmosphere and moody music. To be honest, I had higher expectations, what would elevate this place is a certain dresscode, and even though you can't force your customers, server wearing a baseball hat does not fit a place like this in my opinion and more experience driven customer service. Overall 3.5, I might come again for the atmosphere and wine, but not on the top of my list.

wow. this was a highlight of our time in Calgary. Through the curtains of a pizza shop is the coolest, vibey wine bar. The server was incredible and recommended us a great wine (orange!). Paired with mussels was perfect.
