One of the best healthy meals! The spicy chicken panini is perfect. I love that it comes with just a zesty salsa and no additional sauces, keeping the calories pretty low. We ordered via Uber eats and the food was fresh, and arrived early. My husband had the teriyaki bowl and loved it. I called them to add the sauce on the side, they were very accommodating. We got double meat for both and it was only $2.50 extra, which was pretty good. We will definitely be ordering again. I...

If you are looking for a healthy food spot. This is the place. Great smoothies, friendly staff, great selection of wraps and paninis. Turkey bacon avocado and spicy chicken are my favourite. We also got açai and matcha green tea bowl. Green bowl was nice and creamy will come back again.

Vegetarian options: They do vegan and Gf items

Kid-friendliness: They have healthy options for kids meal which is quite affordable. $8 for small smoothies...
