Freshii

We tried the chili. Just mushy vegetables. I realize prices have gone up, but we felt ripped off, especially with an extremely small portion relative to the price we paid. Also requested beef to be added, but couldn't taste any at all.

I try giving this location the benefit of the doubt but i will not going back!!!
What conscience do you have to charge your customers a $1.50 for a little bit of siracha sauce when every other location put the bottles on the tables.
My partner ordered double chicken, do you know how much more chicken was in the wrap compqred to the normal??? ONE TINY PIECE ONLY!!!! This location sucks!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to a different location!

The front Door swung into my foot so hard last week that my foot has remained quite swollen since. We told the employee. Went back today, it's still the same.

Putting this here incase this happens to other people, and the damage is worse.

Owner, please fix this, this is a much worse accident waiting to happen.

Ingredients were all old/not fresh. Avocado had been frozen, cherry tomatoes were wilted. Brown rice was no longer in rice form. Awful food.

Didn't make the item according to Freshii corporate procedure. Also portions are now smaller, and the prices are higher. In this economy, these kinds of restaurants need to remain competitive to be relevant. "Shrinkflation" is real, and this location is squeezing every cent out of the customers. Will not be returning.

Every time I feel like eating healthy I go for Freshii. From last few visits I feel the food they serve is stale. Always the smell comes in chicken as its not cooked fresh. I pay 3-4$ extra for chicken but I dont see value of this in my food. Quantity is also less not value for what I pay. I will start looking for other good options

Hands down our favourite Freshii location.Maybe we’re always lucky but we never have to wait long, quality is great, recipes are done well and right. Always good to have a safe option when you need one.

If i could give it zero stars i would, been to many freshii locations, I ordered the cheddar steak bowl, my steak looks like it was cooked inside of a sock. No sauce in the bowl to try choke it back either. Honestly brutal.

Ordered Oaxaca bowl, had to eat with my hands because there was no cutlery or napkins! Honestly wasn’t super great either.

Employee took too long to make online orders first. Two customers exist out. Finally ordered after 10 mins of wait Oaxaca bowl with chicken. And advised employee to take care of those customers first those are already in your store than online orders. I showed some patience. But I brought bowl home its so dry, not enough of dressing and amount of chicken i got is in picture. Total waste of money…. Not recommend this location Deerfoot one is way better.

Very disappointed, I preferred to put everything in the trash. The freshness of the products leaves something to be desired. I obviously have no intention of going back. Sometimes the freshness of the food can be less, but no thanks, I was afraid of being sick.
Health is important.

Not good at all. The lids don't stay on the cups. The smoothies are bad and all liquid no thickness as at all. Huge waste of money, better to go to jugo juice and get way better quality.

The place is very clean with really caring staff who can make delicious bowls. This is my spot to eat and sit after long day of work.
