Don’t come here. Period. Just don’t. I ordered a smoothie cause your girls tryna get her summer bod nice, tight, and right. They advertised the “mixed berry” smoothie as bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. I’m thinking HELL YEAH! Clean and healthy! To my dismay the lady was making my smoothie and whipped out BLUEBERRY TOPPING SYRUP!!!!! Like hunny isn’t this supposed to be FRESH-I? Not very “fresh” of you guys to not use actual blueberries.

I love freshii and I personally love this location. My orders are always consistent, other locations tend to put too much rice in my bowl and not enough veggies but I always get a consistent Oaxaca bowl from this location.This location does get really busy. I always get my lunch before or after the rush. I would assume that this would contribute to the quality of what I get every time too since the staff is not rushed.Update: the main manager stopped showing up here and the manager/supervisor who took over advised me incorrectly on sauces and items on their menu that contain gluten(newly diagnosed). She had a food guide behind the counter that she looked at but when I asked, she didn’t let me look for myself. She was offended that I didn’t trust her so I trusted her and went with her recommendation.I went back to talk to her the next day, I reacted and went online to find the food guide. She was extremely defensive and denied ever advising me. She was laughing and rolling her eyes walking back to the cash.I have returned. The portion sizes had gone down and so did consistency and I have not been back since.

This Freshii is the best! Staff are always polite and smiling. Have been eating here for 2 years, and the food is consistently excellent. They are also extremely quick with making your food, and always willing to fix it if anything is incorrect. Thank you, you guys are great!

I had the opportunity to try this Freshii on the recommendation of a friend. I’ve tried various Freshii’s over the city, but I have to say this location is the best so far! The staff were pleasant, friendly and recommended the dishes we ordered, and the food was fresh indeed (pun intended)! I ordered the teriyaki twist and the bamboo bowls. My entire family (including my picky kids) couldn’t get enough! I will be recommending this location to anyone who would want a quick, fresh and healthy option!

Ordered Buddha Satay bowl and 1/4 way through my bowl I noticed a long piece of bright red hair. Took it back and asked for a refund and they told me to come back because they don’t have the authority to give refunds back. Had to make another trip. What establishment doesn’t have a protocol in place for refunds so client can get a same day refund. The manager works 10-1pm... 3 hours?!? Their apology was disingenuous typical of minimum wage employees who don’t care. Will not being going back and letting my colleagues knowing my terrible experience.

I went to this freshii with my wife and we ordered two bowls today.. a Oaxaca and Buddha satey bowl.. the portion size have been minimized in this location compared to other freshii ones.. pretty disappointed considering the price you pay for these bowls.. not going to go to this location again..

Got their satay bowl with chicken. A little expensive for how much food you get. Quality was decent. The food tastes fresh and it is healthy for you! Service was really fast and had no wait time at all. Would definitely suggest all the vegetarians and vegans to try out as this can do well without having to put meat in the bowls. Menu had decent variety. Will be trying their burritos next. Located in a good spot. Friendly service.

Lady working at 9:15AM on Nov 25 was phenomenal. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. I explained to her that due to a rough morning I was looking to buy my lunch early and although lunch ingredients were not yet available, she was an expert on how I could get the best bang for my buck with the breakfast items. She put special touches on my food and was SO kind the whole time. Definitely deserves recognition!!
