The bowls were amazing! Lots of food and just the right about of dressing.
Also had the juices available for 3 day cleanse. Perfect for my husband who is juicing to help heal cancer while we travel through the city from out of the province.

Will never order from here again. My husband and I ordered takeout and when the food came, our order was missing sauce and the noodles were not cooked. My husband called the store to let them know what happened and the employee was nothing but rude and disrespectful acting like it was such an inconvenience for him. Will not be eating here ever again.

Rarely leave bad reviews, whoever the gentleman is working on the phone probably shouldn’t be working in retail. Noodles uncooked, called to let him know. He was moaning and groaning about the issue. Very disrespectful and made it seem like it was our fault. Our baby is sleeping so we could not drive to get new dishes made (order through skip). Would not order again.

My kids and I love Freshi! We will often grab a smoothie and a bite after school before we head out to evening activities. I always use the app on my phone. SO easy to use, so convenient and fast. I order it when I pick up my kids from school and it’s ready by the time we get there. No downtime. And through the app I can pay with either debt or visa, which I love! You aren’t forced to use a visa. The staff is always super friendly. Highly recommend the app!

Food was absolutely horrible. So nasty I asked for a different sauce to try and cover up how bad it all was. The bowls are absolutely over priced (probably the only reason they’re still in business) like you sold me a bowl of vegetables with absolutely zero meat in my bowl!!!Horrible value, horrible food, horrible taste, cherry on top is the horrible staff (kept disappearing) I had to yell “excuse me” just so she could see me standing there waiting to order! What kind of staff gets paid to sit and not see the customers!
The person working was nice, not a long wait, atmosphere appeared clean.The food quality is another story. The bowls were basically inedible and the soup was not as advertised.Paid $45 for two bowls, a soup and a drink. Both bowls had max. 5 strips of meat that smelled off, the rice was cold and hard and there was almost no sauce. The tomato soup was all oil and did not at all look or taste like a cream based soup. If you want Freshii, go to the university district, I've had that one twice now and the food was great both times.(Note no chicken was eaten from bowl in picture)

Mind blowing the owners/shift managers (whoever) schedules ONE person to run the entire operation at 12:30pm on a Saturday.Came inside, 2 customers in front of me ordered, it took nearly 20 minutes by the time we finally got our two wraps. During that time, 2 other separate customers came inside and both ended up leaving due to the wait (not shocking). Once we recieved our food, another customer came in and was told he would be looked after in about 10 minutes.The poor girl working is taking care of walk ins and Skip orders beeping through on the machine all by herself.Will not come back here ever again. Highly suggest scheduling the appropriate number of employees so you can actually service customers and not stress your single employee out of her mind.

Ordered a 12oz mixed berry smoothie and it was such a let down. Watched an entire 3 strawberries put in and the “blueberries” were squeezed out of a bottle. I’m pretty sure that was mostly for colour because it honestly tasted like blended ice with a hint of berry. For almost $7 it would be great to get more than mostly ice in the smoothies.
