The food is always excellent and fresh. The service is deplorable. Not enough staff and the one who is there is clearly overworked and has no care for the customers. Our orders are usually missing the extra things we order like sauce or add ons. Staff is on the way while making the order as well as having to respond to skip the dishes etc.
The food is great and lots of healthy choices but the service really makes it tough to go back.

This is a review more for corporate freshii instead of this location.I couldn't see where the prices are for adding protein are anywhere on the menu, or on the front counter. Considering its a question that the clerk asks immediately when ordering.This comment is for the location though. We ordered a wrap. The clerk asked specifically if we wanted a wrap after, we said yes, but a bowl was made, not a wrap.

Went here for a healthy option. But took forever to get the bowl. I saw an offer for the Bowl at a price 9.99 $ and them I got charged 15$ . I won’t recommend going to this location at least Sundays nights. The Bowl was only with 4 little pieces of protein not
