Today is my second visit to the same store I got tasty food with an extra smoothie The budda bowl is delicious .The staff at stores even asked for feedback and she were incredibly friendly and efficient, making my experience outstanding. I highly recommend this for its excellent service and welcoming atmospheres

We usually go to the Chopped Leaf when we want something healthier, but we decided we wanted something different today and have been wanting to try Freshii for a while. The restaurant was freezing cold and it was so much warmer outside, even though it was raining! Customer service wasn’t the best, but at least the lady was trying. The food tasted awfully stale and bland and didn’t have enough sauce. We also got smoothies and they were so bland. They didn’t have any hint of sweetness whatsoever and there is so little fruit in them, they might as well call it blended ice in a cup. We will definitely be sticking to the Chopped Leaf and will not be returning to this Freshii location.

I ordered through uber eats the mezze bowl the picture is deceiving as it shows 3 falafels on the bowl… it came with none… you have to add them otherwise it comes without them

Wow. I just paid $20 for a bowl of rice, and a few pieces of veggies. I ordered the Oaxaca bowl, which I used to get all the time from other locations, and added tofu. They gave me 5 tiny pieces of tofu, 2 tiny pieces of avocado and there was almost no dressing on it.
What a rip off. Freshii jacked their prices a bunch over the years and the value is insulting. I won't be going back to this or any locations ever again.

Horrible service and food. Poorly prepared meals. No meat or sauce on the bowls. The burritos are tiny and not worth the price. Takes forever!

Extremely slow service. Ordered a spicy lemon grass soup where the attendant first says they don’t have it but then came back and said they can do it.
After waiting 20 mins I got my soup to go. Got home soup was not what it is supposed to taste and look like. Don’t know what they made for me. It was disappointing and disgusting.
I eat spicy lemon grass soup everytime I go to Freshii and never had issues. This Mckenzie location was my first time and will never go again. Owner please check with staff and train them how to make soup properly (purchased at 1130am on April 19).

Ordered food from them for our office lunch m. The online delivery system doesn’t allow advance orders, and Skip, DoorDash, and Uber don’t allow customizations. So, I called the store to see if they could accommodate my order, and I really appreciate them going above and beyond for us. The food was amazing, and everything in our order was correct!
