The staff, like Satnam, are very positive, customer-focused, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, providing the best customer service in the food court. Customers recommend Freshii over other options in the mall. The Cobb wrap is a favorite, but some customers find the hard boiled egg placement a bit inconvenient.
