This place is never open when I come by, I’m tired of wasting my time and gas going out of my way to find it closed. Fix your hours of operation. It’s 8:50pm and Google says you’re open until 10.

Every single time I order from here via Skip, this location cancels my order. It’s getting ridiculous. I’ll call and they never seem to have an answer for why it was cancelled. I’ve never had an issue at any other Freshii location when ordering.

My wife and I stopped here for a bite after some kayaking on the reservoir a few weeks back. The food was fresh and light with bold flavors. The service was quick and friendly. It wasn't busy at the time and would seem that we had discovered a hidden gem for a quick light lunch.

Soooo much sauce, drenched, no other flavors could get through, no crunch, that was not a feista wrap, it was wet soggy salty sauce wrap which fell apart because it was so overwhelming liquid. Waste of hard earned money. Totally gross.

So disappointed with this location! ? I love Freshii, but this location sucks!I have a dairy intolerance; so my husband asked for the cheese (that comes with my salad) on the side (because he eats it lol). So the lady proceeded to put a mound of cheese all over it. ? Obviously my husband stopped her & said no cheese on the salad! So you would think she would just remake it right? Nope! She proceeds to try to take it out with a giant spoon! Which, as I’m sure you can imagine, does NOT work with shredded cheese! ? Yet she STILL didn’t offer to make a new one! Then she tried charging my husband for the dressing! Because I can’t have the regular dressing (dairy), I get the cilantro lime one. My husband had to correct her on that too!To top it off; she skimped on aaaalll of the ingredients except the dressing! So it was a small, slimy, soggy salad! I literally had to wait until I got home to add a ton more lettuce to soak up all of the soup! Oops I mean dressing! ?The worst part is that I ordered this same salad at the location on 130th a week ago & it was plentiful, delicious & dairy free! The customer service was waaayy better there too!
