I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The staff was rude and did not greet us properly, while she greeted other white customers politely. It felt like we were being treated differently because of our background. The tables were also not clean, and the pizza was undercooked. I hope management will take this matter seriously and ensure that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

We just ordered fresh sliced pizza and we are extremely disappointed. The pizza arrived completely burned and tasted awful. We used to order from here a lot, but this time the quality was terrible. Very bad experience — not what we expected at all.

Great service! Every-time I come down to fresh slice Dominion and Divine give me exceptional heartwarming moment. Gave Dominion news I was moving out and he was so sad, the love he gave my family and I, the passion and craft he does each time makes me wish there was a fresh slice close to our new home with his great service. You’re the best worker I’ve ever encountered with the best pizza. Nobody do what you do, don’t stop being awesome. We will miss fresh slice but I will try stopping by if you’re working.

I went to Freshslice Pizza with my wife, and we ordered butter chicken slices and two veggie slices, but Divine refused to make new slices for us, so I requested him to make more for us and I mentioned to him I don’t mind waiting for 10-15 minutes , but he started giving us excuses. I mentioned to him my wife was very hungry and there was no other location which was open and there was plenty of time for closing. We came at 1 a.m. and this specific location was open till 4 a.m. and he said we have to choose whatever is on the display. Later, my wife ordered a cheesy bread, but when we got the slices, we noticed there were so many mosquitoes and food flies inside the display and I saw it on the pizza slices as well. I mentioned this to him but he said there’s nothing he can do and he didn’t bother himself to throw all the slices and he ended up serving those slices to us and we threw them out in the garbage. Very disappointed and very disrespectful.

He told me there were no veggie slices, so I requested him to make more for us, but he started giving us excuses. I wish I could give them Zero stars. Really disappointed with my experience at Freshslice Pizza. The staff (Divine and one more guy)were extremely rude and unprofessional while dealing with customers. When I asked for fresh slices, they flat out refused to make them and instead kept insisting that I should buy a medium pizza instead. It felt like they were forcing customers into options they didn’t want instead of providing good service. Definitely not the kind of customer care you’d expect from a pizza place.

Food: it is fast food pizza, don't get the hopes up too high, but ingredients are fresh and overall pizzas are tasty Service: went a couple of times here. Some employees are super friendly, others are a bit more reserved Atmosphere: could be better. I went when nobody was there, but the floor was pretty dirty. A quick cleanup when the place is quiet can do wonders.
