What a cute little place. Lots of baked goods and snacks to choose from, as well as a nice seating area. A little loud to study though, and sometimes you need to book a table. Overall though, a great spot.
Additionally, I felt that the way we were treated was different from how other customers were being treated. English is not my first language, and I felt that this affected how the staff spoke to us, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
We have been coming to Friends Cafe for over 25 years and itās always a special experience. Lovely atmosphere and great food and service.

Literally the best banana bread Iāve ever had. The place is pretty nice and the coffee was good, as well as the sandwiches. This is the type of place that only the ppl around the neighbourhood know about, so it doesnāt get the recognition it deserves but itās actually VERY VERY VERY GOOD food!!! I loved it here

Would not return or recommend. Coffee was terrible!!!! Bland and flavorless. Baked goods are overpriced for the amount you get. 1/10
I visited CafĆ© Friends in Edgemont with my daughter, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. My daughter ordered a hot chocolate, and it was served in an overfilled paper take-out cup. When she tried to drink it, it spilled all over her clothes. When I mentioned the issue to the staff, they said they always serve kidsā drinks in paper cups ā but a paper cup, especially one filled to the top, is not a safe option for children.

I hope the cafƩ considers using safer cups for kids and ensuring all customers receive the same level of respect and care. The atmosphere is nice, but this visit was stressful, and I hope improvements are made for future guests.
