I came here for dinner one night with a friend and we got 2 chicken sandwiches, one with a meal that included fries and a drink. It took probably 35- 40 minutes to get out food. I don't know if chicken sandwiches take longer to make or if they were understaffed, but to me that seemed like a fairly long time to wait. The staff wasn't all that friendly, either. The chicken sandwiches were great, though, and so were the fries. I would come back here for the food for sure, but not expected great service.

Foods okay, restaurants dirty and concernment on hygiene from staff. Poutines not even real poutine, just shredded cheese and slightly raw fries. Come here on a weekday around lunch and its filled with misbehaved teenagers, where staff could give less of a crap about. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered for takeout on September 14, 2025. I mentioned im on the way. I arrived by 12:04am. They knew I was on the way. I arrived, they said, they gave my food away because I was late. Crazy service. Even worse staff.
I understand i was late but why not tell the customer when ordering on the phone that the food will not be ready or will be given away. I got stuck in traffic and I mentioned over the phone that I am driving there. I didn’t show up at 1am. Moreover, why is your door unlocked if you close at 12am sharp?

I used to come here very often because out of all the fritou chicken this was the least disgusting. The ladies at the front don’t listen to your complete order so every time there’s atleast 1 thing missing or wrong. The cook in the back isn’t hygienic and has given us raw chicken for multiple orders. I watched them go from touching the food to being on the phone or touching equipment without changing gloves or washing hands. Definitely the last time I will be ordering from here

Beware if you order on Uber Eats. They scam you. You order one thing, and they send something else. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and ground beef, but they sent one with ground beef and onions.

I used to love this place and recommended it to many people for their delicious fried chicken. There was a time when I felt the quality wasn’t great, but I thought it might have improved, so I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. The chicken quality was poor, and one piece even looked black, which was concerning. The taste was awful, and I left feeling quite let down. This will be my last visit unless there's a significant improvement
Been coming here since 10 years and the food quality become complete shit and this is like my 4th time coming here in the past 4 months and each time the chicken is overcooked food ain’t even consistent anymore. Owners need to keep their employees in check and atleast visit not everything is about money quality matters too. Even KFC is half the price and the chicken is proper at least for a franchise

Red alot of horrible reviews b4 ordering today , I live by here and come here when I crave chicken , haven't been for awhile. Took the risk , the hot sauce still top notch , my order was only 5 mins longer then the online estimated time , front counter lady was not rude , chicken overall has drop in quality, I can taste old bitter oil , chicken has a freezer burn texture to it, especially the white meat, crust still amazing , crispy and flavorful. Overall still better then 7-11 or KFC. Had the 130th ave chicken couple weeks ago and they were near perfect. Neither good or bad , will still come back , alway pay extra for the hot sauce!
