This location is actually horrible. This place used to be amazing not sure what happened. chicken burgers used to be so thick and juicy and well made now its beaten thin and not really filling. 130 ave is the same owner but that place is so much better because i think the young man manages that location and knows how to run the shop. The employees here unfortunately aren't the best. Customer service 0.

I ordered food and got 5 piece chicken and it was smelly and it was bad and then i called them to complain and they kept saying it was fresh and it came five minutes before i arrived and saying all bs when clearly was bad and denied a refund or store credit

Came in to get some chicken because I had a 20 minute wait for the bus. 20 minutes later and I was about to miss my bus, still no food, so I tried to ask for a refund. The woman at the counter was rude and defensive and refused to give me my refund. I don't care if the kitchen taking too long isn't your fault, when a customer asks for a refund you give it.

I went to Fritou Chicken with a friend to try their chicken, and we ordered 9 pieces. Unfortunately, one of the pieces was rotten and tasted awful. I brought it to the cashier, but she denied that they were selling anything but fresh chicken. I ended up throwing it away. I've been a regular customer there, but after this experience, I won't be going back.

Best chicken ever, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Their homemade sauce is heaven. If I feel like eating chicken this us where I go. Awsome.
I’ve noticed a serious decline in quality over time. I first tried the food back in 2023—it was average but bearable. However, my recent visit was very disappointing. The food was overpriced and tasted subpar—not worth the money at all.
Service was equally frustrating. The staff were visibly arguing with one another, which affected both order-taking and delivery times. Even the soft drinks like 7Up and Pepsi tasted diluted, like sweet water. Although the staff seems to have changed since my last visit, unfortunately, the experience remained poor.
Overall, it was a very bad experience. Definitely not planning to return

I do not recommend the NE location. The chicken was extremely salty, and when I asked the staff to pass on the feedback, the woman wearing a hijab—who claimed to be the owner—argued with me instead. She said, “We can’t change the recipe just for you. If you don’t want to eat here, then don’t come.”
I found this response to be very rude and unprofessional. I simply wanted to provide feedback, not start an argument. While the rest of the staff were kind and respectful, her attitude was completely unacceptable. I hope this issue is addressed properly.
