I came here for dinner one night with a friend and we got 2 chicken sandwiches, one with a meal that included fries and a drink. It took probably 35- 40 minutes to get out food. I don't know if chicken sandwiches take longer to make or if they were understaffed, but to me that seemed like a fairly long time to wait. The staff wasn't all that friendly, either. Chicken and fries were quite good, and you get your money's worth. Although, the last time I was here I had to wait half an hour for my food. Other people who had placed orders before me had received them before I did.
Red alot of horrible reviews b4 ordering today , I live by here and come here when I crave chicken , haven't been for awhile. Took the risk , the hot sauce still top notch , my order was only 5 mins longer then the online estimated time , front counter lady was not rude , chicken overall has drop in quality, I can taste old bitter oil , chicken has a freezer burn texture to it, especially the white meat, crust still amazing , crispy and flavorful.
