The new owners ruined this place. It used to be organized and the staff used to be good. Now it's like the staff doesn't care about you or your food. I order food and they tell me come in 30 minutes it will be ready. I go there after 40 minutes and they don't start. I wait 40 more minutes. And My order was wrong even tho I had repeated my order loud and clear multiple times. These new owners think that running a business is a joke. They won't last very long the way they are doing things. I wouldn't come to this location ever again. I highly recommend Fritou in strathmore or the one in downtown , North West and savana

I ordered through Uber today as they had a buy one get one free on the 2 piece chicken platter. For side orders, I ordered coleslaw and fries. I got coleslaw and gravy. There was supposed to be 4 pieces of chicken, but there was only 3 pieces, 2 breasts and 1 wing. I contacted the store and talked to the worker. She was very understanding and helpful. She offered to fix this issue up. I will definitely order from them again. I recommend Forest Lawn Fritou.

Ordered from here twice through Uber as they had bogo deals on food.First time we ordered poutine (create your own), chicken burger combos with mashed potatoes and gravy and two drinks, and pizza (two) for my kids. Uber took care of us (after having to go through customer service ) but the order arrived a mess. The chicken burgers were Luke warm, no potatoes with gravy, missing one drink. The poutine wasn't even fully cooked as the cheese wasn't melted and the centre of it was cold. The only thing that was correct temperature and tasty was the pizza.The second time we ordered was just the pizza (since that worked out last time) and half the pizzas were missing. Thankfully the restaurant is replacing the missing food, but we had to pick it up (which we didn't want as half my family is down sick).The restaurant could do well if they check their delivery orders prior to them leaving. Check the quality of the food they are putting out including temperatures.Please be careful when ordering. Maybe order for pickup instead.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas.I would NOT call these pizzas..... Dough was undercooked no sauce it also had no crust (I ordered thick crust) and was just a pile of cheese with 4 pieces of beef?Gave one pizza to a homeless person and took the other pizza back to the store.Wouldn't eat/buy again or recommend

Awesome local restaurant! Prices are fair, service is lovely. Quality of chicken meat is top notch. Makes a nice, breaded spicy chicken wing with homemade hot sauce.RESCIND!! Placed an order for pick-up. Was told would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived 25 minutes later, was told it would be additional 15. Order was then incorrect. Another 15 minutes for correct order. Witnessed Uber/Skip drivers receive incorrect orders and a walk-in, take out order was also incorrect. I heard girl place her order and would testify to it in Court of Law. Fire/hire new staff AND/OR PROPERLY train them. Wings were, at one time, A+. Wings I got today were profoundly disapponting. To say was able to get 2 bites from one wing would a gross exaggeration. Slightly overdone, flavour marginally acceptable. HUGE THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!Parking: 4 spots - when I arrived 2 vehicles were not parked correctly using all 4 spaces.

I talked with the cashier again but she said that they need to update the prices on the menu and didn't issued a refund on the extra amount. They should have told me about this before. This is scam!

I have ordered the 12pc meal where you get coleslaw, gravy, fries, and 12 pcs chicken. I told them instead of coleslaw I would like macaroni and want the chicken well done. They didn't put any macaroni or even gravy. The chicken was not even well done and I had to put it in the oven. It's better to go to the Saddletowne Fritou than here. Wasted my money.

The chicken patty itself was cold, stale, and seemed to lack any form of freshness. It was a sad excuse for a burger, to say the least.Moreover, the overall presentation was lackluster. The burger appeared as if it had been hastily slapped together, with little attention paid to evenness or care. The ingredients appeared to be haphazardly placed, and the burger lacked the vibrant and appetizing colors that are usually associated with a well-crafted meal.Additionally, the burger seemed to be excessively wet, almost as if it had been drenched in a sauce that failed to enhance its flavor. This overwhelming wetness further contributed to the overall unpleasant eating experience.Having sampled various burgers from different establishments over the years, I genuinely cannot recall a time when I've been so disappointed.
