We've been going to this location for year now.Even with long absences the owner has recognized us and if he's there he will stop by and say hello. The servers are always courteous and attentive and food is always what we expect. We had butterfly shrimp and chips today and it was fabulous. We normally go there and have burgers or tao rice bowl and you can't go wrong with those. They even have fish and chips.

Super good breading and the hot sauce is so good. The guy that works there and does the prep for the hot sauce is super nice.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I visited this store on Monday, not busy at all, I asked for onion rings, waited 10mins and when I got home I found they give me fries instead, very disappointed

Ordered food at 9:57, five other people came in and ordered after me, got their orders and left after waiting about 10 to 15 minutes each, waited 40 minutes to get food, club sandwich had no bacon, lettuce was turning. Overall not worth the almost $60 price. Will not be back

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and location. The girl at the front told me the the chicken strips only had two sauces, hot sauce and gravy. I looked at the menu and there was no gravy on it but it showed Fritou sauce? I guess they are the same? Then she told me it would take 5 mins for my order and I said this was ok. Without saying more, she disappeared in the back. I looked around and I saw I was left with paying by debit or credit on the machine for the order. She came back out after I called to her saying I was paying cash and she rolled her eyes and it seemed like I was bothering her by paying with cash rather than credit/debit. She didn't seem happy to be working there. I probably won't be coming back.

Loved the chicken burger and chicken popcorn , it was such an amazing experience.The food was fresh and delicious.The staff here is also cooperative and kind,the service is on the time HAPPY CUSTOMER! Will come here again

Wow, amazing Fritou , I haven’t really ever had a bad experience at a Fritou, but this restaurant should be the standard!! Wonderful staff the manager is beyond friendly!! Just overall a great restaurant!!

Arun was our server, he gets five stars!! So friendly, I think i waited only few minutes before he came by with a warm smile and fresh chicken. So yummmyyy !! Thank you so much!

They gave me old chicken after frying it 2nd time. Full of oil and dark color. Never ordering again.
