I use to love this place, the older lady who cooked here was very friendly and made us feel appreciated as customers, she would always smile and let us know that she recognized us as regular customers, the chicken is still fresh but the last time I was there, a young lady was working and I asked if we could not have any chicken legs in our order she said I'll try, so for over $50 we got 3 ribs, 2 thighs and the rest wings, I also asked if I could use the washroom to wash my hands, she said there is no washroom??, I know there is because I've been here many times, and why would anyone sit in to eat if they couldn't wash their hands, I will not be back unless I call and find out if my old girl is working.

If you make a order in advance through the phone they tell you they will make it right away, but they never start making it until you get there, ive had to go to work hungry because i could not wait, even know i made the order 30m prior
We got a Watery Poutine, 1 tablespoon worth of Macaroni Salad.
I also ordered a classic sandwich and fries, but she forgot my fries.
We also ordered a 4 piece chicken meal that was fine. 9:15 pm Sunday July 28th
I was disappointed as my sons sandwich was bland with no sauce, and the buns got soggy and very slippery. We're his words.

I've been ordering from this location since they opened. The chicken strips used to be large and there used to be so many items in the box that they couldn't close it. I paid $10 extra dollars for a 5 strip combo and the chicken strips were all small except 1 or 2. There were hardly any fries in the box. I called the store and the girl that answered said she's been packaging the portions like this since she started a year ago. I said I would be coming to get more fries which you'd think would make them want to make up for the disappointment but she gave me the smallest amount. I wish I'd paid more attention to the chicken size before I went back because I would have just brought the food back and asked for a refund. Definitely not impressed and doubt I'll order from them again.

This place was a disaster, i ordered the food for dine in through phone call,and i had to wait there again,after all i recieved my food and i asked for a plate,the staff working there said they don’t have plate.i had to eat from the tray itself.It was very frustrating.I think they are only maintain the saddletown location,or the owners are different.if they are out plate they should tell that before.They are reputing the name of the buisness.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Couple of weeks ago we placed an order for some chicken strips, when we started eating I bit into a piece of chicken and into a curly piece of metal. We called about the situation, they asked if we could bring the food back, but explained that we were on our way out of town and were not able to do so. We sent them pictures of the piece of metal, and they said that they would replace the order the next time we’re there.
Fast forward to today May 22nd 2024 at 3:06pm. I went to the Skyview Ranch location, the same one, and said” I’m here to pick up a replacement order and it was just called in” the man there said there’s no replacement orders. So I tried to explain to him what took place prior. And he said you need to give me the food. I said, again it was to be replaced, he said “I’m the owner and we don’t replace food” “and he then said you put the metal in the chicken” seriously!! We order and buy chicken from that location all the time. I could even hear him yelling at the person on the phone that had told us that she would compensate us for the problem.
I was soooo mad and fuming ? at the fact that he would even say anything like that to a customer.
Well he only replaced the chicken, ok whatever, but he blatantly refused to apologize for accusing us of putting the metal in the food.
I’ll tell you I’m not done. I’m taking this matter straight up the ladder to corporate because he could’ve handled that situation hell of a lot better than he did.
So FYI If you have a problem with your order, be prepared to be accused of tampering with your order.
If there was a way to give negative negative stars, I most certainly would have done that.

I had a frustrating experience at this location. I waited over 30 minutes for my order of 6 regular and 6 spicy chicken , but received all spicy. Since my kids can't eat spicy food, I asked for a partial refund and offered to take 6 spicy pieces as a courtesy. The lady at the counter refused, saying they would make a new batch, which would mean waiting another 30 minutes. After some back and forth, she finally gave me a partial cash refund. I will never go back and am posting this to warn others to avoid this place.total waste of time and money.
