Fuji Ramen and Sushi

Food here is absolutely delicious, great portion size and wonderful service. Beautiful place to eat with the Japanese themed decor. The only place I’ve been to in Calgary that I haven’t needed to order a second portion of noodles. And tempura icecream was great!👌

After a long night celebrating at a wedding, we were craving something hearty—and Fuji Ramen and Sushi hit the spot. We arrived right at opening and were surprised to see people already waiting outside, which is always a good sign.

There aren’t many great ramen options in the south end of Calgary, so I was really happy to see that they delivered. As soon as the doors opened, more people kept coming in, and it was great to see how busy it got so quickly.

The highlight of the meal was definitely the portion size. The ramen bowls were huge—perfect for a big eater like myself. I made the rookie mistake of ordering sushi too, thinking I’d still be hungry after the ramen... I wasn’t.

It was also a nice touch that the owner personally checked in with us and invited us to join their loyalty program. That kind of personal interaction really adds to the experience.

If you’re in Calgary’s deep south and craving Japanese food, I’d highly recommend stopping by Fuji Ramen and Sushi. Great portions, great service, and solid flavors.

Went for lunch yesterday, I was craving for noodles and decided to give this place a try and i have to admit it was good, we tried a few things and everything was good, Had the pork Ramen,some sushi, dumplings, fried chicken and some drinks. Big bowl of Ramen,so great size. Atmosphere was good,not that busy and quite, staff was friendly, fast and helpful. I will come back for sure

Have visited Fuji numerous times and it never disappoints. Friendly and quick service in a comfortable atmosphere. The food is SO good, flavorful ramens, delicious sushi and love that they serve their Sapporo with a frosty glass. Highly recommend!

Our go-to Ramen joint, spectacular service, staff is always smiling and they have great gluten free options for my wife.

The owner Maria was so friendly and explained the menu well. We got the Black Fuji and Chili Goma Ramen, would highly recommend. Chili goma was spicy, black fuji had a great umami flavour. Another dish we loved was the chicken karage.

Update. Still incredible.

Seriously, it's one of the best Ramen restaurants I have been to. I get the red tonkotsu, and it's so good I am afraid to try something else. Rolls and cones are great and the Sashimi is excellent (and generous). The owner (+team!) are very welcoming and the service is great. Not only are they great, but they are knowledgeable - on more than one occasion I've been told the history and source of the sashimi.

Consistently fantastic food. The only place I want sushi from nowadays.

Friendly staff. I forgot my onigiri at the table tonight and our server was kind enough to run it out to us before we managed to leave. Sincerely appreciate that.
