This is a decent place! The staff seemed nice, the prices are reasonable, and you get great value for money! I’m not super familiar with sushi, but I enjoyed what I had and would come back next time I’m in the area!

I usually enjoy dining at Fusion, but unfortunately, this location left me very disappointed. When we arrived, our table was not clean and there were spiderwebs in visible areas, which made the environment feel unkempt and uninviting.Despite it being a slow time, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. Several of our orders were missed, and we were still expected to pay full price for an all-you-can-eat experience without receiving everything we ordered. When we brought up our concerns, the manager—particularly the woman who addressed us—was dismissive and handled the situation very poorly. Instead of trying to resolve the issue respectfully, she insisted nothing was missed and responded in a rude manner. My family and I have enjoyed Fusion at other locations, but sadly, this one was the worst experience we’ve had. I hope management takes steps to improve both cleanliness and customer service.

It's too bad I was charge $8 for not eating the 5 pcs rice from the sushi with salmon on top. We had lunch eat all you can. Plus the salmon are not really fresh like Shibuya or Kinjo. So bad experience.

Soothing and calm atmosphere, the customer service was good and most of the time non-commentary though very respectful. Design of the restaurant is stylish and beautiful. The food felt tremendously top-notch and extremely appetizing. I went to this restaurant about 5 or more times and I practically consumed so much that my stomach felt like it was gonna burst everytime. Whenever I ate here I was abnormally fuller than usual. This is a very ideal recommended restaurant to go if you ever crave or feel like you wanna eat some Japanese and/or Thai food. The dessert is my favorite for all of it, the ice creams were a never-before(taste unique and flavourful). Exceeding and well restaurant, HIGHLY recommended to go here.
This place is pretty busy as the all-you-can-eat is quite popular. We tried their a-la-carte menu and food tasted good; not a lot of wow factor but okay. Service was a bit disappointing, they took forever to give some basic things. Overall, it was a good experience at that branch.
