Great food, I could go there every day. But it is popular, sometimes hard to get a table and tends to be noisy at dinner time. Been there for lunch and found it much less busy and very comfortable

The worse place to eat. Such a low quality food. The staff were supper unfriendly. Never go back and don’t suggest to anyone.

I gave this location another chance, but it was another horrible experience. When the bill arrived, the server placed it on the table, and I went to grab it. Instead of politely explaining the bill, she snatched it out of my hand and said, “Let me explain it to you,” with a hostile tone. This location truly lacks customer service skills. Very disappointing experience.

Food is good. Service could be better and more consistent among the staff. Some servers greet and check up on you, others won’t even look at you.
Ordering food was frustrating. The iPad they gave us didn’t seem to be properly developed and frequently had issues. The interface is broken, and the menu is difficult to navigate.
Ice cream is good, but the tops are flattened. They were pre scooped and then frozen, meaning that they were frozen hard when served to us. It doesn’t take much time to scoop ice cream into a bowl, they should not pre-scoop.
Tops of the ice creams were flattened too, meaning that something was stacked on top of them before they were served.
Had to ask for water to be refilled. No ice in the water. It came room temp.
Otherwise, okay experience. I would still come back.

I find the Ranchlands location is better tasting than the 2 other locations I've tried so far (McKnight, 17 ave), but your miles may vary. Service has been great so far in my experience - orders go out at a very reasonable pace, and they haven't missed serving an item so far. It often gets crazy busy during the weekends so prepare to line up if you're going for dinner.
Overall, if I'm craving ayce sushi, my highly preferred choice is the Ranchlands location.

Went for lunch, selection was great for lunch and I understand dinner has a bit more variety (and more expensive). Hand rolls and tempura were great. Everything else was fine, the nigiri was a bit small but is the norm for AYCE sushi here in the city.

Fusion Sushi is a warm and welcoming place, it’s busy but the staff are friendly and very accommodating. The green tea matcha ice cream blows my mind and is a must try.
Best bang for your buck.

The food was tasty but we had ordered sashimi, it hadn't arrived after 40 mins of waiting, we asked about it to two different waiters and both said they'll check on it but it came after almost an hour after ordering. It seemed like they were busy but we still felt disappointed about the amount of care they put into our experience.
