Fusion Sushi - Ranchlands

We went for AYCE. We didn't enjoy the quality of the sashimi but the hand rolls, dumplings, and tempura shrimp were delicious. Server was super friendly and when we told her our drinks were forgotten she said they were no charge. It was very busy, book a reso if you can.

I always tip 20%+ but for the first time ever I could not. Restaurant was half empty, servers were super rude and rushing us, food took 40 minutes to come out, I was charged for a larger beer size than what I ordered and they didn’t want to fix it. Genuinely regrettable experience

Staff was super friendly and sushi was delish! Pricing is a bit expensive these days (45$ per person) so make sure you’re hungry to get your moneys worth

This was my third trial for sushi and I really loved it. First 2 times were so bad and I didn't even continue eating. but Really I enjoyed the taste and the food and the service here. Thank you

the associates were not professional. The food was awful — we even mentioned that the soup lacked any flavor, but there was no response. We tried adding salt and pepper, but it still tasted bad. The staff seemed more focused on watching what people were eating rather than engaging with guests or asking about the quality of the food

I went there for lunch buffet yesterday. The quality of food is average, not as good as comments show. The beef was overcooked. The squid ring was not freshly fried, not easily to chew. The rice of sushi was not sticky, once you picked it up, it fell apart. Black pepper steak was good though. The server who served us is patient and explained everything to us in detail which is great. Other than that, everything is so so.

This is my family's favorite restaurant and the food here is ALWAYS exceptional. The only thing that tops the food is the staff. They are always friendly and always personable. And when the staff are as great as Matt was for us tonight, it makes great food even better! We will go again as soon as we can!

I had the pleasure of dining at the Fusion Sushi in Ranchlands, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The food was simply fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re a sushi lover or craving Thai dishes, this place has something for everyone.

The service was exceptional. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff remained friendly, efficient, and welcoming, always wearing a smile. Their energy and professionalism were truly impressive. A special shoutout to Kai, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

What made the night even more special was that it was my daughter's birthday, and the staff made it a celebration we’ll always remember. They gave her a special surprise, complete with singing "Happy Birthday," which made her day! My mom, who is vegetarian, was also very pleased with the variety of options available for her. It’s rare to find a place that caters so well to different dietary preferences.

A must-go store for birthdays and friends gatherings and anniversaries. Today we were greeted by a lady named Chen who thoughtfully provided us with ginger date tea. Our whole family of eight were very satisfied with her service. This store produces a stable variety of fresh sashimi. Fried food that is not greasy. My picky little son loves their udon noodles. Highly recommend.
