Fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. Nothing was overly salty, spicy, or greasy. Every dish tasted clean and carefully crafted, and you can tell the chefs take pride in what they do.
The interior design and decor are beautiful, creating a modern and welcoming atmosphere at Fusion Sushi Ranchlands.
Ordering is done by tablet, which makes everything easy and efficient. The all-you-can-eat format is reasonably priced, and dishes arrive in smaller portions so you can try more items without wasting food.
We had an amazing night.
The menu is extensive, offering about 80% traditional sushi alongside Western-inspired options. In addition to sushi, they serve skewers, soups, several beef preparations, fresh fish dishes, and a wide variety of rice plates.
Highly recommended.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Its easily one of the best fusions in town. I love it so much that me and my partner will drive out of our way across town just to go to this one. The interior is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will admit there are some staff who can be a little judgmental but that is totally okay. Everybody else and everything else makes up for it. Don't even get me started on the food, It's fresh, seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. My favorite is the shrimp tempura hand roll and the dynamite roll. This is definitely my go-to date night place and I will never get sick of it. Fusion sushi at ranchlands is one above all.

Food tastes good and fresh, but sushi rolls always feel salty cuz too many kinds of sauces on and in them. Can reduce soy sauce when they making the rolls.

Packed on a weekend, service was slow but expected on a busy day because staff does their best to be quick in getting the orders. Only this location has iPad ordering, the Fusion McKnight location is not IPad ordering.

Great food, I could go there every day. But it is popular, sometimes hard to get a table and tends to be noisy at dinner time. Been there for lunch and found it much less busy and very comfortable
