Noisy and expensive. The food is just so so, not a big fan to come here again by myself.

Wow what’s the hidden gem! So lucky to find it!
The most delicious pancakes I’ve ever tried!
As well, very good coffee, especially latte!
It’s quite small cozy place, so I wouldn’t go there with company 4+ people, but if you’re looking for a perfect breakfast date, it’s a great place to go!
As well they have lots of desserts and Bennies.
Great service and amazing friendly staff!
Definitely will be back!
And I would recommend to try tiramisu pancakes! Strawberry was too fatty for me but just because I don’t like whipped cream:)

Cody was so rude, had an attitude, and disrespectful. He might deny it, but he is always like this. The food is too expensive and not worth it.

Paying $15 and waiting 40 minutes (in a relatively empty restaurant) for the most mediocre pancake was not worth it.
Our family was in town for a tournament and stopped by here and was blown away. We had a bit of everything - pancakes, croffles, sandwiches and it was all delicious! The pancakes were obviously the stand out item. I would recommend the creme brulee or strawberry pancake. Worth a stop. Highly recommended!
Great place. Way better than the Kensington location.
Delicious pancakes and such a small, bustling spot! It’s always busy with customers, but still a great place to enjoy a sweet treat. You might have to wait a bit for the pancakes, but they’re totally worth it—so fluffy and full of flavor.

The pancakes are flatter than other Fuwafuwa locations', and the taste is different. It has a strong oily smell, and the smell doesn’t seem fresh. They probably either added too much oil in the batter or don't clean frying pan. I would still go to the other locations but avoid this one.
Loved my experience at Fuwa Fuwa! The pancake was so fluffy and delicious, and the waffles were just as good. Everything tasted great (soft, light, and super yummy), just the way I like it. Definitely going back again!
Great and yummies desert place at university district.
Fuwa Fuwa offers a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a relaxed outing. The desserts are unique, light, and well-crafted. Customer service is efficient and courteous.
The pricing is somewhat higher, but the overall experience remains enjoyable.
I love Japanese pancakes, it was delicious. Prices are a bit high for pancakes, but they're worth the taste. ?? I highly recommend it.
