Staff were very friendly. You will see them attending to customer whos in need, customers in the wheelchairs. I saw them even making coffee for them. If u seem lost, they will ask u if u need help. Koodos to the staffs. Food is okay. They have salad bar now which.is great.

Oh, wow, where do I even begin with this place? The employees here are just a real treat. I mean, who wouldn't appreciate a daily dose of attitude? It's like they've mastered the art of being the absolute worst.So, you know, you walk in, and the first thing you notice is this lovely female employee in the mornings. She's like a beacon of joy, especially when you dare to glance at the menu. Apparently, that's a crime. And heaven forbid you try to order on the side that clearly says "order here" – she'll let you know how unacceptable that is. Oh, and forget about standing in the line where it makes sense; she'll happily redirect you to the middle of the cue, because why not?And then there's this bald East-Indian guy. Such a gem, let me tell you. Ask him for utensils, and you'll witness a whole new level of irritation. It's not like their utensils are delicate or anything, but no, he'll make you regret needing a fork. And get this – they won't just hand you a new one. Nope, you have to show them the broken piece first. Because clearly, I have nothing better to do than to prove that their utensils are as cheap as they seem.Honestly, dealing with these people is just the highlight of my day. Such a pleasure.

BEWARE! say no to anything extra or expect to get charged double.The food is ok but be careful, I asked for A(singular!!) scrambled egg and one bacon. The cook told me I get two bacon by default and asked if that's ok and I said yes. The next thing I know at the till I'm being charged for two scrambled eggs and two Bacon's, twice the amount I wanted to pay. I was rushing to get to work and I think they rely on that to not fight it. The cook also tried to get me to order more food at the start and thankfully I declined this as well. But it feels pretty scammy, I can't imagine how often they do this to patients of the hospital to.I do not like coming her since they swapped management a few years ago. They'd already increased prices when they swapped, and removed lower cost items off the menu, but this is worse, I'll be avoiding them from now on.

Sadly, one star was the minimum score I could give the Garden Deli Grill, otherwise it would have been lower.The food here is barely (and I use the term liberally) edible. Even if you are on-Ward all day and starving. Day-old fries... And even older chicken fingers will be my last meal at the ol' Garden deli. Huzzah. Starvation would be preferable.The best thing about the chicken fingers was the honey mustard sauce... Which (fortunately) was made in a lab deep in the Heinz facility. Fortunately the gravy was liquid and sort of moistened the wooden sticks that they TOLD me were French fries. Apologies to the French for naming these after them. I hope this doesn't spark an international incident.I'm only praying now that my body doesn't reject the material I just forced into it.The only thing I will miss about this place is the 20 dollar bill I left at the till.I'm sorry, me.

I went to get supper and ordered a Chicken Parm burger NO fries just burger.... Was about a tsp of marinara sauce on the burger spread on top and bottom ( Not a tsp on each side either) and my chicken burger was NOT a patty it was 2 overcooked chicken fingers on the bun and the melted 1/2 a slice of cheese on top of the 2 chicken fingers that were way smaller than the bun... it was $9.00 !!!!!! I took 1 bite and I threw it out, I will never go there again and its terrible as I work here!!!!

I used to go here all the time on breaks and I never leave bad reviews but I’m so sad they changed this place! The employees seem unsure of what they are doing, service is really slow, and even though I waited 20 minutes (almost my whole break) for my food they never made it or served it to me. The gentleman in charge also was very short and impatient with staff that are quite obviously new to the position. I’ll probably avoid coming here for food again, sadly.
