Had to eat here a couple times. Was very poor food for relatively high price for what you get. I missed the salad portion of this place so cant comment. Next time I would leave the hospital for food.

Decent food if you're at the hospital. Decent food and beverage selection with lots of seating around.

I've never encountered staff that looked as bitter and sour as the folks here. Instantly hostile to customers as if we are a huge annoyance.

So, convenient due to good location, decent food. My advice is to get your food and leave as fast as possible.

The main floor in the building smells like urine. We got the chicken tenders. They were inedible. Disgusting. Waste of money.

Everything’s pretty egregiously overpriced. Staff are really nice though & the bakery items are really good (especially cookies). Hot food items are OK but the pre-made sandwiches and stuff in the coolers are not worth $7

Yukky food and bad staff, talks in different Language , eating while serving , hairs were not tied , uniforms were dirty.
I went there twice with my aunt both time very bad attitude and the girl was same cloths as I seen a sause stain was on the same place ... yuk..
dont eat here , fries were saggy and toast was burned. I ask supervisor to change .. she showed me attitude and talk to other lady something in front of me in different language and they both laughed. I was shocked , I am sure they were Ukrainian... I dont have problem with any race any culture but please for god sake learn some customer service

New Ukrainian staff are nice and efficient! Food has always been subpar cafeteria food, but it's better than nothing.

Breakfast is very good. Worth planning to het to the hospital early to eat instead of finding somewhere else before hand, if that's what required.

Staff were very friendly. You will see them attending to customer whos in need, customers in the wheelchairs. I saw them even making coffee for them. If u seem lost, they will ask u if u need help. Koodos to the staffs. Food is okay. They have salad bar now which.is great.

Oh, wow, where do I even begin with this place? The employees here are just a real treat. I mean, who wouldn't appreciate a daily dose of attitude? It's like they've mastered the art of being the absolute worst.So, you know, you walk in, and the first thing you notice is this lovely female employee in the mornings. She's like a beacon of joy, especially when you dare to glance at the menu. Apparently, that's a crime. And heaven forbid you try to order on the side that clearly says "order here" – she'll let you know how unacceptable that is. Oh, and forget about standing in the line where it makes sense; she'll happily redirect you to the middle of the cue, because why not?And then there's this bald East-Indian guy. Such a gem, let me tell you. Ask him for utensils, and you'll witness a whole new level of irritation. It's not like their utensils are delicate or anything, but no, he'll make you regret needing a fork. And get this – they won't just hand you a new one. Nope, you have to show them the broken piece first. Because clearly, I have nothing better to do than to prove that their utensils are as cheap as they seem.Honestly, dealing with these people is just the highlight of my day. Such a pleasure.

BEWARE! say no to anything extra or expect to get charged double.The food is ok but be careful, I asked for A(singular!!) scrambled egg and one bacon. The cook told me I get two bacon by default and asked if that's ok and I said yes. The next thing I know at the till I'm being charged for two scrambled eggs and two Bacon's, twice the amount I wanted to pay. I was rushing to get to work and I think they rely on that to not fight it. The cook also tried to get me to order more food at the start and thankfully I declined this as well. But it feels pretty scammy, I can't imagine how often they do this to patients of the hospital to.I do not like coming her since they swapped management a few years ago. They'd already increased prices when they swapped, and removed lower cost items off the menu, but this is worse, I'll be avoiding them from now on.
