“Decided to check this place out as it's nearby to us. Food was good! A bit of a smaller portion than typical pub food but it was enough. Beer was crisp too. Server was very friendly and I especially liked that when it came time to pay, the machine didn't have absurd tip suggestions. Will be back!“

“Genuinely the best wings in the city! I don’t know what they do differently, but I’ve tried many different spots in Calgary and nothing has topped Bowness Pub so far.
Other food options are also great, haven’t tried a dish I didn’t like. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and remember your name and typical orders if you are a regular.
Seriously good prices on food and drinks, again better than almost any other equivalent spot in the city.
Overall, great neighborhood pub and usually not too crowded. Gets busy during certain events like karaoke, but those are always a good time.“

“Took a client to Owens Landing for lunch, the service was outstanding. The waitress recommended a couple of dishes after learning our likes. And boy did she nail it.!!!!! Only downfall I would have is it is a bit loud for a business lunch, outside of that 10 stars all the way around.“
