Great price on food, too bad they do not take reservations and always long line up. Thanks for keeping the food price affordable

Great deals on Peking Duck and XLB. It's better food and portions than the other location with the same name off Memorial. Worth the drive!

The food tastes great, the salt and pepper squid was excellent. They are willing to prepare food without the ingredients I'm allergic to (where it's possible).Dietary restrictions: They can (in applicable dishes) prepare food without onions or garlic.allium allergy

Called the bistro house directly for delivery. We ordered about 80$ plus and got the free ginger beef.Let’s start with the service on the phone, very busy place so hard to hear and it seemed that I had to repeat everything many times.I was told an hour for delivery on a Friday night. (Knew it would take awhile). When the food arrived the delivery person was amazing and nice…. Great service there! Now the bad things, the food.Lacking taste, and I assumed that this place would make home made very and sour balls BUT they are clearly frozen and cooked.I was very disappointed. I was at the crowfoot location and assumed they were the same business. (They make freshly made sweet and sour chicken. )The chicken fried rice was cool (it happens). The beef with black bean sauce didn’t have much beef. The Shanghai noodles tasted great but more vegetables than meat or noodles. Not sure I would try them again. Sorry.Go to the crowfoot location. Fresh made there!

The receptionist's rudeness while taking phone orders was terrible. I called to place an order for pickup next morning. I had planned on ordering four dozen chicken dumplings and having them ready for pickup at 10:30am the next morning. Initially, the person who answered the phone didn't want to accept the order. I let her know that I would like to pick up my order at 10:30am.I know chicken dumplings might take time to pan fry and I need to bring them to the potluck at work, so I want to order ahead. Guess what? She yelled, "what?! only four orders of dumplings?" I hung up the call because I was so angry. I won't return to this place because of their terrible attitudes!!

Ordered the dinner for three last night and it was by far the worst Chinese meal I’ve had in a long long time. Everything was bad from the tasteless wonton soup to the soggy salt and pepper squid that was mostly onions. You’d think given the name of the restaurant that the ginger beef would be good….nope. It was like eating strips of beef jerky. Such a disappointing experience. So many better spots to order from.

The food is consistently above average, but don’t expect to get seated fast on a weekend even if you have reservations (it doesn’t mean anything). Also, any type of service is hit and miss.
