Placed a large order for Christmas Eve a day in advance with a specific pickup time. When we arrived, we waited an additional 45 minutes past that time. Multiple customers were waiting and clearly upset. What added to the frustration was seeing a phone order placed after we arrived receive food within 30 minutes, while pre-orders were still delayed. The front staff member was repeatedly yelling “not ready yet” at Skip drivers, creating a chaotic and uncomfortable atmosphere. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front was also very rude when asked about the delay.

Food a few weeks ago was great, today, it was not good. Squid was hard and rubbery, ginger beef dry and hard as though it was made earlier and reheated, overcooked and flavorless. Thought we had found a great place, guess we keep looking!

There are 2 locations, this one is the quieter one. Good for those that enjoy a more chill and atmosphere.
The food overall is more on the neutral side. Not too salty, not too sweet; if you are looking for something less on the heavier side in terms of flavour, I'd recommend coming here.
I highly recommend the egg custard bun (thin breading + soft warm filling), as well as the fried shrimp + mayo. The spicy flake sauce is great too!
