Ginger Beef Express

I ordered a chicken fried noodle dish and tried to eat it the next day, as I had too much other food. It smelled and tasted bad and I couldn't eat it. I phoned on Monday and told them that it was bad and there was no credit for it. I won't be ordering that dish again and the customer service wasn't good over my complaint with this dish.

This place has gone down hill soooo badly! They used to actually have good food. I ordered noodles and a pop. They forgot my pop! Can’t even get two items correct. Not to mention the noodles are awful my 5 year old kid can make better noodles. Vegetables aren’t even cooked. No flavour of soya sauce. Just tastes like burnt oil. It’s awful!! I called them to complain they told me it’s not their problem to contact skip the dishes to complain. Great customer service. I will not be going back here EVER again.

If you’re single and ordering for one person, don’t waste your time going here. They won’t serve you. Been to this location on several occasions and all I wanted is a single combo. I don’t need anything more than that as it would go to waste. I was turned away as they said they were “too busy”. Very disappointed and feel like all they want are the BIG orders that cost more $$$. Lady was also very rude as well when I was about to place my order.

Wrong order is disappointing to get home to. No vegetarian dish that was ordered Instead pork chops.

This place gave me and my wife bad food poisoning. This place needs to be investigated and shut down.

Service was great but food had no flavours, felt like it was a left over that was heated. Was disappointed. ☹️ (Even my partner that eats everything didn’t finish his plate).

Just tried to order double combo here. They always put one of your 2 choices in a separate container. So I made the simple request to put the Ginger Beef in a separate container. I was told I had not ordered it that way before so they couldn’t do it. I asked why it was such a big deal and got the run around. Then they Hung Up on meABSOLUTELY RUDE STAFFI WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER I WON’T BE COMING BACKI avoid restaurants with bad service… I would suggest avoiding this restaurant

Ordered for take out in Cranston for family dinner on New Year’s Day. The lady was welcoming when I came to pick up the food. Ordered for 8 people and the only complaint was about the spring roll being a bit soggy. Everything else was great. The dishes were full to the top, good portions. Nice to have a local community Chinese food restaurant that can deliver a quality meal. Thank you!

I really liked ordering from here. The lady at the counter is always kind and the food is tasty, especially the ginger beef and salt and pepper squid. But, because of the way they package the squid, it is a soggy mess by the time I get it (pickup). I asked them if they would please leave the lid off the container so the steam wouldn’t make it soggy. They said no. It would create too much work (??) and ‘what if it spilled’. I assured them I was a grown adult and that I could make sure it didn’t spill out. And if it did, it would be my issue. Also, leaving the lid off would actually create less work. They would rather lose a $100+ order than agree to leave a lid off. SMH.

Love this place! I get food from here at least once a month. The ginger beef, bbq pork fried rice and the almond chicken are the best dishes in my opinion. They never disappoint and always so friendly when we go to pick up our order. 10/10

The type of place to food poison people.... Overpriced disgusting foul food and they have the nerve to serve dangerously bad food... Pathetic.

I orders dinner for my family and our guests and received 2 items-chicken in black bean sauce & beef with snow peas that were at LEAST 50% onions. The chow mein with chicken and shrimp had 2 pieces ONLY of chicken. Th fried rice with meat was also sadly lacking in meat. This restaurant has gone WAAAYYY downhill. I called them to let them know my concerns and they said I should contact Skip The Dishes. The woman on the phone insisted that it was not her fault - it was all about the people in the kitchen. When I asked to speak to the kitchen staff she said they were too busy and didn’t speak English. DO NOT ORDER from this restaurant- customer service is non-existent and the person I spoke to did not care about the food- just kept saying that it was not her fault.

Ordered take out ginger beef, Singapore noodles and vegetable fried rice. All delicious and incredibly fresh. Will be coming back.
