There is no point ordering online or pre ordering. They only care about Skip the Dishes Order. We ordered for a 5:00 PM I arrived 5 minutes early and they hadn't started the meal. We got our order at 6:10 PM but 73 Skip orders went out and 5 customer pre-book orders went out in the same time. They had 11 customers waiting more than an hour while they serviced the Skip orders.

So much for prebooking.

When the finally came out it was cold. Chicken Chow Mien didn't have any chicken it was all broccoli.

The Giner Beef didn't have any sauce on it. We ordered spring rolls and they didn't have any. The Lemon chicken didn't come with any sauce.

I would not recommend this food or this location to anyone.

We spent $145 we waited for over an hour past the pre order time and we through 80% of the food in the garbage.

We ordered on the Skip app from this location. I started having issues with the app and couldn't connect so I contacted the restaurant and they let me know that the driver never showed and the food is ready for pickup. They even tried to contact Skip about this but no luck. In the end, they decided to deliver the food themselves which we were so thankful for as we don't have a vehicle. We of course tipped the person who delivered it.
The food was still warm and delicious! Huge portions for what you pay for so totally worth it.
I can't think of any other places who would go out of their way to deliver something themselves.

Yall expect too much. Portions are huge. Dumplings are legendary. Ginger beef actually tastes like ginger. Food was ready when they said it would be. Hot and fresh. People complain about the price? Brother - order enough and you get stuff for free!
Our go to for 20 years at least!

Unbelievably bad. Shocking because these guys used to be one of the best in town particularly their southcentre location. Quality has absolutely nosedived and it isn't cheap to boot. Everything is bready, undercooked, and sugary. They will get your order wrong as well. Just go elsewhere.

Hadn't ordered there for around a year because quality had tanked. Tried it again but quality had gone down even further. Order deep fried prawns and they came in chicken ball cake like dough. Everything else was either overly sweet, not fresh or tasteless. Maybe try it in another year or so. Was fantastic when it first opened.

Ordered and picked up the food, when I got home I had hard time eating one serving. Food quality was so bad, so salty and didn’t even taste like Chinese. I threw out the rest.

Been going here and old location for years wait times are getting longer and quality of food is going down hill not impressed prices are expensive. There are other great Chinese food places to go try other ones out this place fells well short now of my expectations. Won't go back.

Ordered through skip, never again. Bbq pork you only a few pieces of meat and they hide a bunch of crap veggies under the top layer with a ton of juice that’s like brown water that shouldn’t be there and didn’t stay inside the container. Thank goodness it was in a bag or they would be paying for cleaning!! To top it off the spring rolls both of them were half burnt. Not edible. No sauces in bag either. Super disappointed and skip will only refund 50%. Waste of money and my time!

Im done ever ordering from ginger beef express. They consistently mess up my orders. Meat and tofu dish, no meat, crispy prawns no sauce, dry ginger beef, completely wrong order sent to me, always missing something from my $100+ orders. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Even though it was New Year’s Eve and we put in our order that afternoon everything was on time when I picked up the order and the 5 dishes we ordered were delicious.

This is the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. Ginger beef, sweet and sour pork, chicken fried rice - bland is putting it nicely.
