I have been buying food here for 35 years, never a bad meal until now! Not good what happened rice not cooked and ginger beef so bad. This is so sad.
I would've gave 5 star rating, the food was great definitely some of the better chinese food I've had in a while, however the delivery driver asked for $15 tip, I normally tip he didnt even give me a chance to pay and tip before demanding a tip. When someone is demanding a mandatory tip I will not tip! Absolutely rude to demand a tip, I've worked in the food and customer service industry tip is a bonus for doing a good job not a mandatory fee to be demanded.... and this driver lost out on his tip because he demanded it.

We order from this great place often and it is always GREAT. Love the food and reasonable prices. Always friendly staff. TONIGHT….. I am stunned. We ordered 76.00 worth of food. Gave the driver 15.00 tip and he actually asked for more !!!!! Who does that ? I am shocked. The food is as good as always but I can’t believe their driver. Not a skip/ Uber driver their own driver !!!! Also very disappointed that we didn’t get any fortune cookies!!! First time in my life Chinese food and no cookies???? What’s happening ? Minor issue but had to share. I think they are slipping and this make us very sad. ?

The place was owned by a family who were super lovely, understanding, kind people. There are new people running the business now, and though are still kind, it feels different. The man taking my order was understanding, and patient. Upon getting my order, as it was delivered to me, the inside of the bag was soaked in what I had ordered, the man who was driving, whom after I had paid said “oh and we *require* a tip”, I don’t know when it became enforced… I normally leave one when I can, but I can’t always do so. Once I did give him a tip, he left and I took my food, and began to open the contents… they looked normal from what I remember after my family has ordered from them for years before the new management, the ginger beef was dry, the chicken fried rice has chickpeas which was super uncommon for this place.Overall; it’s not the same as it was. And since when has giving tips become enforced/required?
Used to be my go to spot for Chinese. Not sure if it’s different management or different chefs but the taste of food is not what it used to be. Everything was average at best. Portion sizes are way smaller now. I only have Chinese once a while but this was my spot for the past decade, sucks I’ll have to find a different one

Called in a delivery order at 6:45pm was told it would be 40 mins to be delivered...it's 9:20pm and we got pizza instead after no one showing up or answering the phones.
