Best food and drinks in town
I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, especially considering how affordable everything is. It’s rare to find a place where the prices are low but the quality doesn’t take a hit, and this spot really delivers. Every dish we tried tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and clearly made with more care than you’d expect for the price point. I'm not saying the food was perfect or life changing, but very good for the price.
The portions were generous, the flavours were pretty on point, and it didn't feel “cheap” except the actual cost — which is a huge win. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite for your lunch break or planning a casual meal out, this is a great choice if you want good-quality food without spending a lot.
I will say that it does feel a bit like a cafeteria, which doesn't surprise me too much considering it's surrounded by office buildings all around downtown. It's not like a formal restaurant with table service, reusable plates and utensils and such, but still a very cozy little spot.
Overall, it’s a budget-friendly place that doesn’t compromise on taste or quality. It did lack a little authenticity and there are small things that lowered the taste experience a bit, but absolutely zero complaints for the price. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for great value at a cozy little spot.
